Sick Canadians have a right to use marijuana for medical reasons. Supreme court backed on a federal level, not like the states where feds can come bust you. Even Stephen harper cant kill medical marijuana in canada.
I dont recall a mmar holder being raided that followed the rules. Also, why would you need to grow your own if its legal?

I think this petition is more of a way for the libs to test the waters and see how much support is behind their call for and end to marijuana prohibition. Thats why we need many people to sign. Enough sigs and it could be a top on the election platform.
The war on marijuana could be over if enough people can just donate literally a maximum of 3 hours of their time.
