Took some friends from out of town for a little drive today. We droive from Vancouver to Squamish. Maybe 13 kilometeres past is the turn off for Cat Lake. 1.2 miles down a windy, pot holed road and you get to the parking lot. A 20 minute walk and we were at the choice spot on the lake and it was empty. Peace GS

This site has stairs that go down to a private dock on the lake. The pics are a panoramic view of the lake. It is the warmest lake I have ever swam in, but I am from the north. Peace GS

Took a friend for a drive to show off the countryside and get the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Some pics of the places we saw. Peace GS

On the way out I stated, that I wanted to check this spot on the way back, as it is on the wrong side of a busy stretch of highway. It is just outside of Hope(Where Rambo was filmed). On the way back we pull in and wouldn't ya know its 4:11. Could not have planned it if I wanted. Thanks for looking .
