Fuck legalization! Some folks depend on it for a serious income to pay for their houses and put food in their kids bellies. I can guarantee if they legalize that's all it will be. Legal to smoke and buy taxed by the government, growin it yourself will still be illegal because the government can't make money off YOUR production. Therefore, anything but store bought government grown and regulated weed will still be outlawed. Seriously, think about it for a second.

It shouldn't be n eventually won't be but there's lots of ppl who can't come up with any other ideas on how to make a buck other than sell weed at it's extremely over inflated current value.
Those ppl get realy pissed as soon as anything that'll kill the value of the commodity starts to happen.
They'll go as far as to get in the way of progress just so they can keep the value up, just look to the US as an example of that happening.

First thing I wanna get clear here is I'm not tryin to be a prick about this whole situation. Half the success in battle is knowledge of your enemy before the war, if something seems to good to be true it likely is. I personally think if they're gonna outlaw something they oughtta stuck with alcohol, but for some reason they stuck with weed for no apparent actual or factual reason other then they are afraid of not being able to control it.

I say what I said before because weed laws are still very much a razors edge walk, they give medical cards then bust the same people for being legal? Does that really make any sense?

They give a false sense of security just to take it away or threaten to do so, they know they got you by the fuckin balls! I read all the shit that gets posted on this forum and others, people get med cards, get all set up things goin smooth then bam, door gets kicked in your shit ransacked and destroyed or there's always some sort of problem.

It's bad enough with individuals who have med cards, imagine what kinda bullshit is gonna happen if they legalize it for EVERYBODY. It might be legal but still best not to tell people you grow dope cause with the government it's a hair trigger and it won't take much to touch it off and wright the whole thing off, then all the sudden everybody is a criminal again over night. They gonna make it sound all fine and dandy until it passes, then the next day the fine print will be released on how it will be sold retail and taxed accordingly.

In that case I guess black market will still be a big business cause from what I hear now and know from when I used to smoke is government weed isn't exactly or at all close to high test people grow and sell on the streets.

You can grow Tobacco and brew Alcohol at home. Why would legal Marijuana be any different? If you need to sell Marijuana to pay to have kids, maybe you shouldn't have kids. Once this is legal, people who actually love growing herb could do so in a regulated and taxed manner. Commercial growers would have to learn to grow in an open, competitive, taxed, and regulated market.

This is a human rights issue. We cant keep ignoring this violation of human rights that is Marijuana prohibition. To many people are hurt by the current system. Worldwide, people lose houses, cars, and their children because of Marijuana laws. People even get executed for Marijuana in Asia. The world must change and countries have to lead. I hope Canada really does this, then we could show the world that regulated Marijuana markets work. Sorry if you have to make a resume or whatever. Most people with houses and kids have to work, so welcome to their world! Prohibition is just about dead, make your money quick, or get ready to open a legit grow. Sick Canadians have a right to use marijuana for medical reasons. Supreme court backed on a federal level, not like the states where feds can come bust you. Even Stephen harper cant kill medical marijuana in canada.
I dont recall a mmar holder being raided that followed the rules. Also, why would you need to grow your own if its legal?

I think this petition is more of a way for the libs to test the waters and see how much support is behind their call for and end to marijuana prohibition. Thats why we need many people to sign. Enough sigs and it could be a top on the election platform.
The war on marijuana could be over if enough people can just donate literally a maximum of 3 hours of their time.

Once it's out of my hands and in there's it's no longer my problem how stupid they wanna be with it to get caught, that's why I sell direct to the pushers no middle man. I'm not a dealer I'm a wholesaler, if anybody ever came to my house with $10 lookin for a gram they know I'd bust their lips for their stupidity.
