Does sunlight produce healthier seeds?

I am planning a little reversal project alongside a smoke flower out, was wondering if I should put pollinated females outdoors to finish? Will this produce better quality seed, not genetically of course but speaking to the germination ratio/seed vigor?

ive fed too much silica before too late in flower and the seeds shells all became too hrd for the sprouts to pop, they all had tobe scarified to germ. so idk what the real answer is here. its always good to do a germ test I always say. then you will know for sure if you have healthy seeds

After having done 2k or more seeds inside and out I can say that natural light seeds looked a little better but seemed to germ about the same if they came from healthy plants inside given variables are in control for drying. No science, just some observations. Good question.
