Cree led grow lights?

Cree has made a "photored" 660nm XP-E. I'm not sure you'll find it on store shelves any time soon but a good conversation with your local sales rep might net you a reel.

I'm personally waiting for XPE-2 photoreds
Source? They actually don't have an 660nm LED, there is nothing like it in their datasheets.

I work in the LED luminaire industry and have 11 XP-E "photoreds" sitting in front of me. They made them. I'm unsure if you can buy them without being a big purchaser.

I'll post a spectrometer reading from the last test fixture I made using 50/50 660/635 reds and a pile of other wavelengths to try to even out my spectrum. As of right now Basil is LOVING my menial attempts at making a photosynthetic light source.

Stumbled upon these...

Seem to be a Cree MCE, using 630,520,460, and 6500k diode's (Kinda seems to be an even spectrum to me...) linked together, putting out from 5-10w... Kinda spendy at the moment, but pretty schweet...
