4 cfl's is too much light for cloning. you just want to keep them alive, too much light will make them consume their stored resources too quickly and die.
your problem seems to be either hot temperatures or maybe the stems are not in good contact with the wet rockwool.

Tear a little rockwool off the sides and gently poke in the hole with a small nail or something....

The rockwool looks too wet/waterlogged fyi...but the problem you are having looks like a combo of too hot and low humidity. I would only use one light or move the lights up if you can, and keep the dome on.

They'll perk up in a minute. Just use 1 cfl. poke some pieces of rockwoll into the holes around the stems. Use humidity dome. All should be well after that.

You don't want to sqeeze the cubes too much. You need some air to get to the stem as well as water. Squeezing the cube will compact the rw and lead to rotting of the stem. Personally i like perlite for cloning as it will not compact and holds a decent amount of water.

Awesome stuff guys! I really appreciate it I woke up today and they're all perked back up not hunched over anymore. I used 1 cfl instead of 4, raised the lights. Closed the little vents on the dome. And they came back to life.

So now when do I transfer to soil?

Like when I pop seeds in rw cubes I just wait for the root to stick out the bottom then I plant.

So in this case. Do I just wait for roots to start sticking out everywhere before I transplant?

That is your best course of action Rjeezy, yes! After seeing several roots coming from each cube you know they are good to go. Glad they came back around for ya

One simple trick an old timer taught me--that's blessing me now with 100% success and zero leaf droop: Immediately after cutting the clone--and before dipping it, place the stem in tap water for 2 days.

So...the process is:
1. Snip from plant.
2. Re-cut the stem at the appropriate spot & angle.
3. Place cutting in small container of tap water...under clear plastic dome for 48 hours (enough water to keep stems wet and leaves dry).
4. Remove from water, dip in rooting powder/gel/solution, remove/trim leaves, spray with water and insert in rooting medium (I dip the stem in Hormex for 1 minute, then rooting powder before going directly into ProMix Bx).
5. Cover under plastic dome and apply Rhizotonic foliar spray every other day.
6. Transplant to cup. After six days most of my cuttings have 1-1.5" roots protruding and are ready for transplanting; seldom do clones take more than 14 days to go from "snip from plant" to "transplant to cup".

During the 48 hour soaking period, water is transported up the xylem and re-distributed throughout the cutting. I tried 24 hours...tried 36...and 72, but the best was always 48 hours--with plain tap water. I conducted experiments comparing tap water with RO water and water supplemented with silica, liquid kelp, Rhizotonic, Hormex and combinations of each--and without exception, plain tap water for 48 hours resulted in the healthiest and largest plant at 7, 14, 21 & 28 day intervals...counting from "snip from plant" day.

Try it...you many never go back.

Cheers!

yup, careful the dome does not fry them. the dome will have to come off as soon as possible. they look fine as long as leaves are not drying off. they will limp for a couple days and high temps are shit. 75f
