Yeah tears were welling a bit at the end especially when they said they named the strain Charlotte's Web after the little girl... You can tell she counts her blessings every day. I bet that made an impression on a lot of people.

Does anyone know here know what Dr. Oz stance on MMJ is. That would be a great guy to have as far as main stream supporters. I never knew how many people took his word as gospel. Oprah, Gupta, and Oz are all very powerful when it to recommendations or ways to think for lots of average "sheepish" america.
A major part of my business is market research for online companies. You would be blown away on how products can become the very best sellers just from a mention by one of the people I mentioned. In keyword search research Dr. Oz attached to several keywords have almost a 35% better conversion rate.
I think that these type of supporters can only help regardless of past opinions. The people they influence are non self thinkers that most likely are anti pot because they have been told to be. Shifting their ideas to be pro pot can only help it seems.

Congrats to Dr. Sanjay Gupta for being a man and making a full retraction and apology. It was surreal to see CNN going pro-pot last weekend and Holder's comments yesterday were welcome too. I have always been super disgusted by Gupta's glibness and dismissive attitude towards our beloved plant and to see such a reversal gives me a lot of hope that others will follow his lead. The tide is finally turning, maybe it has turned.
Now we just need all the anti Cannabis people to watch the Weed video, it is hard to be against Cannabis as medicine after watching the video. Cannabis does have medical applications regardless of the US governments offical stance that Cannabis has zero medical use. It is hard to argue with the little girl or her parents, the people against Cannabis can not win. The DEA better wise up, the people "voters" will get fed up and take away all of their toys and funding, the DEA will be cut back, lots of people fired and they will have to get real jobs, maybe growing Cannabis for patients? More then 70 years of lies is enough, people need to make the changes that will allow medical Cannabis, maybe starting by the Fed's rescheduling Cannabis down to schedule 3 so researchers can obtain and use it for scientific studies. Patients are waiting....

Well this news just came out: 'Mandatory minimum' sentences to end for many drug offenders "Atty. Gen. Eric H. Holder Jr. plans to announce a federal policy shift to reduce penalties for low-level, nonviolent offenders and to ease prison overcrowding." Hey it's been a pretty good week already!
