beginning lst -- does this look ok?

first time i've done this:

i'm growing outdoors in the ground and found some foot long "u" clips that keep the main stalk about 7" off the ground. does anyone have any comments on how this girl seems to be doing, or other suggestions or comments?

Your plant looks great! That u-clip method you're using to bend the plant over is pretty much exactly what I do with my indoor plants. It works very well. Keep it up!

Looks good, the LST will cause her to grow more like a long bush. You'll get more tops and more even buds this way.
