25k 1900sqft, H&G and some coco

Hi all, long timer lurker of ICMAG and finally decided to come out of my cave and document some of the things I have put together over the years.
My other spot is an 8k 9x11 coco room that I consistently pull 1.8+# per 1k hps, despite the 7ft ceilings. The light configuration is a combination of vertical and horizontal due to the extreme space restrictions.(I will update this thread with some pictures from past harvests.)
Finally got around to purchasing a house this year and decided to build a dream basement(on a semi budget). The basement is almost fully framed(pictures soon to come)and consists of (2)10x20 flowering rooms, a 5x18 drying room, and 16x18 veg, plus a large additional 14x14 trim/work area. Metal studs were chosen over wood for ease of storage, transportation, speed, and for longevity(mold/rot/moisture). R-tec foam board will be used for the walls and ceilings with plywood backings placed in various spots for fans and other various heavy objects behind the RTEC walls. The lower 4 feet of the walls will have FRP restaurant plastic for strength and ease of cleaning. The upper 4 feet of the walls will be covered in panda plastic and will have a seam under the FRP board for sealing and looks :] The concrete floor of the basement was sealed prior to starting with a non VOC silicone sealant for any spillage and moisture from the foundation. Low tide tables plus custom caster and rollers will be used to allow for plant sections to be modularly rearranged without struggle and to keep floors clean and dry. Each table will have a drain installed, which runs to a sump, pit which will pump over the walls and remove all excess run-off to existing floor drains in the basement.
For dealing with coco laden and muddy drain water and for flushing pots , the basement will also have a 3 basin restaurant sink with awesome particulate drain catch for disposing of drain clogging remnants and other gross stuff.
Cooling will be accomplished by a 5ton Excel-air stealth unit controlled with a honeywell 3 zone control with an additional damper bleeding the additional air for cooling the veg room. Water will be filtered through my whole house filter(sediment/20micron carbon/5micron carbon) with custom spigots for filling reservoirs and cleaning placed around the basement, no more waiting for 3/8 line to fill! Cameras will also be placed monitoring temp, RH, and a few other things downstairs, along with some motion sensors throughout. The electronics will be wired to my local server that can be accessed through my iphone to allow for alerts and my OCD checking. Pictures soon to come!

Can't wait to see this monster come to life. Sounds like a killer build.

Thanks for the kind words, I can't wait to have it done either :]
Here are some preliminary pictures of the new spot..

Well thought out room BigTrees. I'll most definitely be along for the ride on this one. Glad you decided to share, and thanks for laying it out in detail. It's always nice to pick up ideas/knowledge from handy growers with different setups. You've definitely laid out a model I'd strive for if I had more space I could dedicate to the hobby.

What strains you plan on running first? No matter what they are, I'm getting the vibe that space will become a lush herbal paradise a few months down the road. :smoke:

Nice build  Subbing in for the show.
Thanks for the sub, hoping to show some cool stuff!

Thank you for the words! I am going to be running a combination of some long time kept golden goat, tahoe og, og-kush, and mob-boss.

More pictures soon to come! 5ton arrived a few days ago and my contractor buddies will be back around wednesday to finish electrical, plumbing, and the walls. Then its time to setup all the gear and start the show!
