So i got ambitious.

There is alot of spare lumber and just random stuff pilled up on my property. My landlord said if i could use anything to use it. otherwise it will be removed. So i went and looked thru most of it so far what i was able to put together is not pretty its not straight. but its a greenhouse. it works all i had to do was buy a fan and screws. I even found a extension cable plastic and zip ties... ill attach pictures!

Looks good man.

And don't feel too bad about making it not straight. I made my PVC greenhouse a little crooked as well but I think it gives it character.

Is that construction plastic you used?

If so I would replace it with some of that greenhouse film when that stuff starts to crumble. As it last for 4 years as oppose to maybe a year with 6/4 mil poly if you're lucky.

thanks for the advice. I dont know really anything about the plastic besides it was opaq. and i wanted that and that it was laying there and rotting. so i found a good section. cut it and vowala a greenhouse :)

How are the ladies in the greeny doing? Did you try that yard light out? if so what did you learn?

I think its still too early to tell. but it seems like the pistil production has stopped. i think they are staying in veg. time will tell tho. I hope to keep em out for atleast another month. Ill post pics again in a few days

The yard light has had no effect so far. 1000 watt metal halide at 20-40 feet is just not strong enough. Also Everything in my greenhouse is starting to hair up. besides what is from seed in there. Very few of the ladys outdoors are starting to show signs of flower. the rest are vegging still.

It was cloudy today. well smokey/hazy. I hope everyone was alright from the fire that happened. Otherwise I just need to finish up with a door. and i have 2 working greenhouses. we shall see how long they last up!

Two green houses now woohoo! Did you move the second one to south of the first one? What are u using for light. It looks like it should be bright enough to keep in veg.

Both houses are side by side to the south. We moved both so that basically we have a greenhouse barrier between our neighbors and our house. Its nice. The lights in there is 1 - t5 light for one greenhouse. and 1 - 75 watt house light. i dont know that its enough to keep em out of flower. but i am trying to keep all the ladies in 5 gal smart pots in veg till i can afford more 30 gal smart pots and dirt. #livingonabudget

Otherwise Life is dandy!
