Thanks a lot everybody :) we have used nearly 3 kg of Ferramol this year, most of it on the spots, but we didn't want to waste the last on the Ovelas, they'll have to manage on their own from now. It was probably good we didn't because today we could use it on the PehkuThyphoon spot.

After removing vegetation and weeding some males and small females out:

On the PehkuNepal spot there is a bit fewer plants and they are a bit smaller than we had hoped but luckily there is only 2 males so far. We havested some very small autos because of mold, they were not all mature but smelled very nice. Very early harvest but we don't think they would have yielded much more if we had left them and now we are sure of a taste.

PehkuNepal today:

Hi, this might not be the right place to ask this. But how do the early-genes come trough in crosses like this Thypoon x Jack Herer ?

I'm doing some crosses with a thypoon male and was wondering if I can expect a % of the F1's having the early flowering in them, if any ? Or does it pop up in the F2's like AF ?

I'm from finland and we have a short outdoor season, many of your genetics are VERY popular here :thank you:

Thanks DeepestCover :)

It's been a short while since we visited the Thyphoon x Jack Herer spot so I'm not sure but I think Thyphoon x Jack Herer is a little later than Thyphoon.
Nepal x Hindu kush was similar, a little later than Nepal. I'm no expert but it might be because the gene for early doesn't come through in crosses in a normal way with one gene taking over completely. It might be incomplete domination?

I'm probably way off though :D

I would suspect 100% earlies in the F1 but depending on what you crossed Thyphoon with it might vary, so a late/indoor strain I guess will give a later F1 than an AF or another early crossed with Thyphoon.

Thanks wallywombat :)

We went to the Thyphoon spot today, some animal has been digging next to the spot, maybe to get down to the bees that lived/lives there. We gave the plants some water because it seems like we'll get a drought soon:

Looking good, healthy plants for sure, I like the natural setting. I see you have cleaned up the bottom of the plants why did u do this? All so what are you using for protection of your seed? And finally do u give the males anything to encourage more pollen?

Thanks bajangreen :)

They stretch in the beginning because of all the surrounding vegetation, and we remove the leaves and branches at the bottom since they are so small anyway (sometimes not all the branches though). Maybe it even makes it a little harder for the snails to get up in the plants ;)

We like to keep some of the surrounding vegetation in the beginning for stealth reasons, the rush is taller than the Cannabis now at the Thyphoon x Jack Herer spot so we gave them more light a few weeks ago.

In my experience males make plenty of pollen so no need to give them anything special besides what you normally feed them. :)

I'm not sure what you mean with protection of our seeds?

PehkuThyphoon spot from a week ago, it's a living hell to get there for people with 2 meter tall nettles and thistles all tangled up by cleavers, the horse-flies doesn't make it better :-D Some severe deer damage, other than that the remaining plants look fine :)

I have a deer repellent recipe I use with success. Take 3 eggs, 1/3 cup (78 milliliters) dish soap, 1/3 cup(78 milliliters) hot sauce ( I use tabasco brand) and 1 cup/236Ml water and mix it in a blender. Then add that mix to one gallon (3.7 Liters) of water. You can put this in a gallon-3.7L sprayer and spray your plants once a week. Works great and also keeps away other animals. The smell goes away, for humans, in about a day. The animals can still smell it though for a week. The spray doesn't harm the plants in any way. I also use it for flowers and vegetables.

Thanks a lot y'all :)

Nice recipe Lemongrove, never heard that one before, my immediate thought is won't the buds taste like soap and hot sauce if I spray them now? :-D

I'm not sure yet Dream Universe, but maybe we'll donate some at the end of the year ;-)

Here's a few pics of Thyphoon today, this spot is in danger of being buried completely, workers are dumping soil right next to it and they are getting closer to the spot every day, nothing to do besides hope:
