That panel was not even bad compared to some stuff ive seen in my area. I know phasing is not in NEC code anymore but its habit for me and your sub panel is phased wrong. No big deal but generally wires run black red blue in order from left to right. Keep the phases seperate and don't share neutrals. Looking great though that's a lot of work your taking on. Also you could save a little coin on gfi by running them line and load/ master slave style...

Thanks guys, I've kept busy! Muratic Acid'd the floor after scrubbing it 5 times and put my first coat of 2-part high solids epoxy down last night. Then woke up to a wet basement this morning, had the drain cleaners over, and have a big mess to clean when I get home from work!

hereigrow, no I know it's not that bad but still messier then if I replaced wiring in the house (not gonna happen anytime soon). I don't know about the phasing, I know enough about electrical to be dangerous and get my jobs done. I am running my GFI's line/load, first outlet in a wall gets GFI then the rest are load. I still need at least 4 GFI's unfortunately, more once I get to finishing the other 2/3rds of the basement.

Soil. Northern Lights x Big Bud, Great White Shark, and a few crosses with Mikado. I'm hoping with CO2 and perfect temps & humidity, I'll break the 4-5 oz I average indoor and pull closer to 8 a plant.

Anyone doing concrete floors, I HIGHLY recommend using Sherwin Williams Tile Clad HS (High Solids) Epoxy.

The prep was not easy ...3x scrub with degreaser, then a very strong muratic acid solution (5 parts water, 1 part acid), then "TSP" from Sherwin Williams to neutralize the surface's PH to help the epoxy adhere.

3 heavy coats later, all 3 coats were reduced about 5-15% with #54 Solvent. First coat was thinner to help fill voids, 2nd coat was thicker, and third was like painting with tar.

Let the product "sweat" in the bucket before using it, 30 minutes to an hour (it'll make little mini-air bubbles as you're applying it if you didn't sweat it long enough). They go away and don't affect the finished product.

I didn't go around and patch all the pits in the concrete ahead of time (should have, but oh well)... but this is the finished surface. 2 days dry now, very glossy but even finish and water beads up on it.

I've still got lots of corner to tape around the ceiling... but I called it quits at about 9:30 and got drunk on Absolut Hibiscus... freakin' awesome vodka, BTW.
