Hey Rosetta been a while brother. Them white spots that look like powdery mildew are spider shit, my pa used to have a huge wolf spider in a aquarium and it's shit looked like that. I get it on my plants too but no worries it's just spider deuce

That cheese plant you cut the top off of, was there any really small bore holes in the stem anywhere just above or below it? There's a little caterpillar that bores in there and fucks shit up, I've only ever had 2 in 11 years of outdoor but they do show up...Little fuckers, if you catch it mush it between your fingers with furious anger until it is thoroughly puddin!!

Good growin brother, all this rain slowed things waaaaaay down this year so don't beat yourself up over it, make the most of the situation, get prepped for next season and keep on keepin on!

Remember, always plant more then you need or want cause you never know whats gonna happen!

Rosetta - nice plants - Do you think the potted plant might be root bound? Root bound plants tend to make things look like a N deficiency.

Regarding the eaten plant - feel good knowing Cannabis is one of the most nutritious and healthy foods on earth - and you made some animal much more healthy

Thanks guys. Next chance I get I'm going out to spot 1 to spray and do some defoliation on the THC bomb, I'm determined to get the PM under control, as she has a decent number of tops, and I'd hate to lose the whole plant. I'm also gonna lug a good amount of composted manure for top dressing. Should help with deficiencies or if the Diamond is root bound, which is a possibility, I only transplanted her once at the beginning of the season. She'll be getting the most of the top dressing. Weather has been a little more forgiving, only some rain here and there so it doesn't dry out too much. The rain we had before definitely gave me some problems, all the plants slowed in growth noticeable at that point, seems to be over for now, fingers crossed for a dry fall.

Sprayed some 1/6 milk/water as suggested and aggressively defoliated anything with PM on the THC bomb. Gave all 3 plants at spot #1 a good mounding of compost. Should be a good kick before flowering fully begins. I believe they are all still in the stretch phase, as I still see no flowers forming. The Cheese is still alive actually and doesn't look any worse, so maybe I'll still harvest a few buds off of her yet. My camera is screwed though, so no pictures for awhile, but I'm sure I'll figure something out eventually even if I have to borrow one. Didn't visit spot 3 or 4, chiggers are out now (got lucky during early summer), so needless to say, I'm not f*ckin going out there if I don't need to lol. I'll keep updating still, just without pictures for the time being.

Thanks soil margin, I went back today and things are looking better for the THC Bomb, only a few spots of white (pretty mild) and it very well may be residue from my milk spray. Definitely a 80% + improvement imo.
A quick update. I should have a working camera eventually, it may take a month or more, but I should be able to take pics from mid to late flowering.

Spot #1
Things are okay here. THC Bomb is mostly PM free. Diamond is okay, it appears that the yellowing is subsiding after I top fed some soil. Skunk #1 got it's top eaten at some point, but no other damage, the animal successfully topped her for me

Spot #2

Cheese is still alive, doing okay, 4-5 tops and no sign of the necrosis coming back. She's the only plant I haven't giving a topping of soil to, but next time I will, she's small so it won't require much.

Spot #3
Some bad news here , but some good, too
Critical HOG is almost dead, lost all of her large fan leaves, and all her tops are wilting and yellow expect for the very center. I gave her some compost today hoping I can bring her back somewhat. It would be a shame to lose her now, but I kind of saw this coming. I just wasn't able to get out there fast enough to give her some soil and now we wait and see if she'll come back, I've been surprised before.

Blue Rhino is doing well on the other hand, she is the first to begin budding, just starting to put out clusters of pistils. I gave her some soil, too. She was just starting to yellow a bit on her bottom leaves, but looked otherwise healthy, so it was good timing.

Spot #4
Skunk is still alive, but is a tiny and not worth worrying over. I gave her a little soil, and I probably won't visit for another month at the least. I may harvest a bud or two from her lol.

Now that everything that needed it has been fed, I can relax for awhile. Hopefully by the next time I go out, everything will be in full flower. That's it for today, thanks for checking the thread out!

Too bad Rosetta..Is there a way to move them where they will get sun first thing in the morning? That's a key defense for not getting pm especially with these cool nights we are already getting. Also chicken manure will green them right up but its hot so go easy.

Buddle No way to move anything but the Diamond, the PM has been severely reduced and I've only seen a few spots whenever I went out there, gonna spray a few more times to try and completely get rid of it. I got some composted manure out there and topped them, so it should take them through flower. I should be able to feed the plants a few times with some liquid ferts as well.

Everything at spot 1 and 2 is entering full flower. No still camera yet, but I'll probably put up a video in a week or two, when I get a chance to get out there again.

Hey guys I did a little video update this time since I don't have a still camera. Everything seems to be greening up since I top fed. Today I watered in some organic bloom nutes and blackstrap molasses to the plants in spot 1 and the little cheese at spot 2. Critical HOG is just about completely dead, everything else is okay, though. Diamond lost most of it's lower foliage, just leaving a nice canopy up top. She's around 7ft. The Skunk #1 and THC bomb come up to my chest, and the Blue Rhino is around 6ft.

Only a spot or two of PM on the lower leaves of the THC bomb, a significant improvement.

Finally got some pics, not used to the camera though, so no real bud shots yet. Sprayed all the plants with 1% hydrogen peroxide and some neem extract to fight PM. There have been small traces of it on almost everything now, but nothing major. Funny since I've barely ever seen it on my outdoor plants before.


Spot 1

THC Bomb, still had a little PM, but it shouldn't be a problem. Very frosty already:

Jorge's Diamond, I have some bad news on this one. I saw none, but I think I have a caterpillar problem. Something is eating and sh*ting in the immature buds. There were a few of these brown, moldy looking spots in a lot of the buds, even the very top. She is all white pistils and has a little frost, but no weight yet. I'm gonna try and let her go as long as I can, but if it spreads a lot I'll have to chop early. That would be a pretty major loss for the year, hoping my spray can help somewhat. I tried to remove the bad spots the best I could. but I couldn't get them all. If she somehow pulls through and manages to get somewhat close to finishing on time, she should yield well, the bud sites look promising and the smell reminds me of the cheese I had last year which was phenomenal. Sweet and cheesy.

Skunk #1, very few problems with this one, nugging up nicely. A few small spots of PM, but the spray should take care of that:

Been visiting spot #1 twice a week to spray and do damage control on caterpillars. I visited them today and also the Blue Rhino. Fed some bloom nutes, cutting out the nitrogen now, and sprayed for PM, but I snuck some nutes in there as well for some foliar feeding.

Right now it's 46 F here (nighttime), which is pretty low for September imo, but maybe it'll make the girls finish up a little quicker and maybe add some color. Temps are supposed to go up after tonight.

THC bomb is probably going to finish first. She's showing a lot of trichs and more than half of her pistils are already browned off. Not a heavy yielder, but the quality looks excellent, that's what matters for me. Maybe 2-3 weeks? Blue Rhino is probably second, large nugs already, but they look like they have a good few weeks to go. Definitely a main cola focused indica, the smell is citrusy and pungent, I'll certainly be happy if she'll yield well.

Caterpillar and PM damage is well under control at this point, no more spread, didn't have to cut out any moldy buds this visit. Diamond is looking better now, will yield the most out of anything if I can get her to finish. Very big buds, but not very filled in yet, tons of frost and a very sweet smell as advertised. Skunk is going, probably will be the last to finish, but she should yield pretty well anyway.

Hopefully I'll get an update with budshots within the next few weeks.

I have some bad news, though. I'm being kicked out of my house, so all plants will need to be cut by Oct 16th. I'll probably need to chop a week and a half early so I can get them dry. Hoping this will be enough time. This is the end of the indoor I've got going unless some friends can help me out.

Well the good news is that it looks like I may have a little more time. Everything needs to be down by the end of October at this point. I figure it shouldn't be too much of an issue.

All the plants are well. The PM seems to have died back almost completely, no new caterpillar damage, just an occasional small brown spot. I decided to harvest the THC bomb a few days ago, she wasn't a very big yielder, but the quality is excellent. Dry weight was around 9 grams total. She also made some killer bubble hash that was soft like playdough

Harvest Update
It's been awhile since the last update, things have been pretty busy. The season is actually over for me and everything is harvested. I took the Diamond and the Rhino around 2 weeks back and I just took the skunk a few days ago. I've got a few photos from the first harvest, but I'll update with dry shots of the buds when I get a chance.


Spot #1
Skunk #1. I went back a few days ago to find that she had finished very quickly in the last two weeks. It was good timing because she had a little mold, and we are having about a week of rain now. She smelled really good during the trim and made some good hash/hash oil. She's still drying now. I think it may be the best quality of all the bud, but we shall see. (pics were a week or more before harvest)

One of her tops:

Jorge's Diamond. This one may have been a little early when I took her, but again I was having caterpillar issues. The smell is fantastic, smelled like sweet berries during the trim, and seems a little more pungent now that she's dry. Lots of sugar trim on this one, good for making hash. She was the biggest yield of this year.

Random bud on her:

Tried to get a good pic of the main cola trimmed, but it came out blurry. The top had to be removed because it completely molded early on from caterpillar damage, so it ended up looking pretty funny.
