OB, Good job this year brudda. I am mos def gonna be picking up some or that GRS gear for next go round. Great post below from JO.

Im finding in life being positive just helps the overall ease of everything in life

just be happy you can grow herbs and enjoy it!

Other than that, take the drama to the pm's, cuz 99.99% of us around here are tired of that shit in this thread..
Couldn't agree more with this. To you guys beefin on here, either meet up and squab or drop it. We get it, you dont like or agree with each other so let it end there or start a new thread to tell one another how much more sweet-manball-sauce you got.

Lots of lizards around here... They frolic in the garden and do push-ups. This one is shedding its skin:

To everybody that commented on my pics, thanks for the kind words. In regards to security, you guys are right, it is one of my main concerns. That is why I have 8 ft fences, then a 7ft fence around my grow with barbed wire. Motion lights, wired gate to home security, trip wires with alarms and a few others I wont mention. It's getting real here in my back yard, and anybody that enters the 7ft gated area will be entering what I like to call, "the kill zone."

Wow guys! Looks like a banner year all round! Mapi what's the finish date on those monkeys? I think I'm too far north but that looks like a tempting strain...

Ok, my first atempt at some trees was a success up till this point, I planted them too close and did not clean out the insides and got early blight, I think this is all so because of the purple #1 dad I used, my normal strains are alot healthier than the p#1, I have never delt with this so serious and the surviving trees I ended up pruneing all foliage from the bottom 6 feet. the top 4 feet I have been spraying with bravo, it slows the damage but you have to apply way to often for my liken I was told to try python27. Has anyone used this product befoe. Any In put would be a big help.

Witch brings me to the bigger question with these size plants yanking them would be last option, I would pull a 1/4 pound plant with a blight in a heart beat but a 4 pounder, ouch, i know this tread is about growing trees but we never touched the topic of controlling disease of big plants. Again any tips, info, or links would be nice thank you.

Mapinguari,

Nice comfrey in front of those monster monkeys. Have you been using any comfrey concoctions this year?

W.P.

Your globe on a stick looks nice. I think you did it right. Trim those loose underlings leave the globe alone, nice work.

Thanks a lot for the positive comments and questions, guys.

dickcorn, it's a pleasure: the nearest post on the C-Monk is 9'; the cross beams are all just about 8' off the ground, and the pot/mounds are 12-18". I keep doing the math and coming up with different answers!

FatherEarth, that comfrey has been severely cut back a few times this season to supply aqueous extract, which, along with one made of nettle, supplies the base of my foliar program.

Veg, that's a bittersweet mention of our buddy down south...but thanks for the comparison!

Greeseyder, they're seed plants but I'm expecting "normal" finish times--mid to late October.

Fortitude to all in climbing the Peaks of August!

I am thinking it is time to roll on into the rest of the season with the cards I have. No more foliars, no more proteins...maybe a little KSil fertigated if sap pH falls below 6.4. But I think I am good to go.

Hup234,

Had to be the Fuzz its too early for rippers, if it was Fed fuzz he prolly wouldnt be posting right now.

Lots of good vibes being sent your way, glad you are here to tells b-RO. Shit happens to the best of us. Sometimes your number comes up, usually results in a extraordinary learning experience in the end. One more step to becoming forged in steel and unshakable. Shake it off, keep it moving.

Most Respectfully,

FE
