That's what they gave me here in Florida for 125 plants... They have changed the laws where the punishment is more intense for indoor growrooms. If you have a clone with root formation it's considered a full grown plant,and,25 plants is Trafficking...... I hired a high-dollar lawyer who tried getting the Statutes changed,but it did'nt work. I lost the case. In Federal Court.
Florida Justice System uses the citizens to further their careers,at our expense. I can't Appeal the case any further. I have to be more careful in the future when it comes to dealing with the Courts. It seems they can do what the hell they want to you,and your suppose to just lay there and take it.
I was in with a child molester who only got 3 years. How is that possible?? Only in America......... I welcome your comments and thoughts on the subject. Something has to be done about how The-Wheels-of-Justice turns....

The circumstance has turned me into a serious Activist. No,i had no priors..... I have a friend in Colorado who is doing his thing. He wants me to come over there. I love riding motorcycles ,and you know, Florida just has this great weather. He told me they had a mock vote to legalize medicanal pot that was 60/40 for it. I'm not sure how true that is.

the same day a rapist got 18 months.

Only in the U.S. is 33 lbs of ganga worse then raping someone. The future will

I know a guy who got busted with 6 flowering plants.

He was looking at 5 years for felony possession and 5 years for manufacturing. Ten years total.

He got a public defender who got him 1 year probation, $2300. fine and adjudication withheld. No conviction. He also spent two days in jail. He was released without posting bail.

His attorney told him if he did not have a firearm with him, the Prosecuter would have dropped all charges.

According to his lawyer South Florida is lenient on minor grow activity. There are so many of them.

His lawyer also said if he was arrested in Northern Florida he would be looking at a different outcome. Northern Florida is not lenient on minor grow activity.

You're Eupho... That's where i got popped at; North Florida. I moved from Texas. I've never seen anything like this Florida System. To top it off, the prosecutor who was so tough on me ended up getting fired for: Dealing In Stolen Property. He was selling stolen watches. Go figure,huh? Got to stay under the 99 plant Fed limit for starters. Yes here in WA too a clone or even a harvested plant, anything with roots is a plant and counts for that 100 plant total. I have a med card and good for 15 but always have more. But i always stay under 100 just in case.

I am very sorry for your sentence and the state of laws/prosecution here in this stupid fucking country. 18 months for rape, which i feel should be a capitol crime. hanging. that is why the prisons are all full because of the war on drugs.

I had a "friend" turn CI, and did some controlled buys on me. With a clean record, I was sentenced to one year in prison, right after a man that had a "consensual relationship with a 14 year old girl" was sentenced to the same amount of time.

I went through a similar situation myself. The laws in NH are similar. It's a terrible place to cultivate as well. Even at a state level, they use federal laws as guidelines and many cases that should stay at state level end up going federal.
I had some guns (for hunting/shooting purposes only), locked up in a gun safe w/ trigger locks, and they claimed they were to defend my grow. If you got a gun in your house/possession, it's 5yrs added to the 5yr. mandatory min. Total bullshit!!
