Why Not a Health/Fitness Forum?

Personally i think we can do without having 30,000 (pre)teenagers commenting on things they have no comprehension of, thus ruining a decent place for adults to exchange ideas without noisy kids...

I think it's a great idea,we can just use this thred.

Most of my life I've been active in spots my fav being hockey.Playing hockey got me into weights, golf, etc.

The last few years I've gone down hill as my back is pretty jacked. So I have decided to slap my skates on this winter and get my cardio and core strength built up.If I don't commit now I'll wither away both physically and mentally.

I'm open to any ideas for buiding core strength that doesn't strain my lower back too much,I'll have to progress slow and steady.

Cheers PB.

Should be a good thread.

Somethings I have recently discovered.

Stay out of restaurants - cook at home every day. Buy Organic where possible.
Eat your vegetables, lightly steamed every day. Concentrate on consuming foods with color (antioxidants). Make fruit smoothies including berries... Eat Oatmeal.

Buy a good juicer and make vegetable juice. I like Carrot, Beet, Parsley, Apple together. You will be considerably more alive and vital. Your Sexual parts will work at least 50% better (increased libido), and you will feel like a charger - with improved workouts and results.. In fact, High Heartbeat Cardio isn't even necessary with the juicing regimen, but still is the best way.
Light exercise will still get it done.

Sounds silly, but its; true. I lost 15-20 lbs without even knowing it, in 3 months.

Surprised there isn't one.. The other weed forum I visit has one, tends to be a relatively serious and helpful place on the subject. For someone that is just starting working out/exercising whatever.

I'm in. I started running track in the 70's and have been into fitness ever since...school sports, college intramurals, military intramurals, etc.
I appreciate a nice spliff after a good workout. There have been many times when I was baked at 24hr fitness-but I ain't there to make friends. If the weights don't mind-Imma have a good time...

Stay Classy!

I'd post. There would be plenty of subjects to talk about like nutrition, effect of cannabinoids, different types of exercise, etc. Nutrition alone is a hotbed for debate or, hopefully, productive discussion.

I 'like' this page..

...because I have trained there.

It's all aboot eating real food, keeping it simply and living a clean, healthy active lifestyle while sharing that knowledge with others.

(as well the Drill Sargent supports & uses medical marijuana)

here is to 'training HARD & training SMART!'
