Starting a Cannabis Seed Company

Hello Friends!
Hope everyone is doing awesome! I'd like to put must of my energy in building a team and Producing Top Notch Genetics....
My question is... Do i build a non-profit corporation for this business? or do I simply have to copy right the Seed company name for me to start my venture?
anyways hope all is well i could probably figure it out myself but just being lazy and i know some of you know the answer.

i havent heard of seed companies starting non profit corps though....from what ive gathered many just keep their funds overseas and use is there...

I have no solid answers for you but I know "medman" has a non profit for his seed business, I am pretty sure. You could try talking to him and see what's up. Either way best of luck bro!
