Seeing how Matt Mernagh "won " his right to grow his marijuana and is not apart of the mmar program will he lose his grow as well on march 31 like the rest of us?

He did not have a license at the time of his arrest and has not had one since.

Besides I think he just lost anyways.
His appeal was refused by the scc I believe n looks like his trial will restart.
Just par for the course when the system goes against its most basic of fundamental rules and pisses all over past precident setting rulings.

Aint no sense in playing by rules that are made to be broken, and nobody's following them in the 1st place.
