congrats, you've got 3 healthy plants!

should be fun from here on out. you could transplant in a week or two and begin flowering if you wanted. get those lights as close as possible without burning the tips. maybe hang the big light vertically in the center of the plants.
I have been running 12 hr day / 12 hour night the whole time. Am i close to seeing buds ?

Will soon be supplementing a 4.5 80 LED" LED Color : RED and Blue
LED Wavelength:Red:660nm,Blue:445nm
Output power : 2.2W (Red:28;Blue:10)
3W (Red:45;Blue:15)
4.5W (Red:60;Blue:20) "
That should help things no?

Also i removed that bulb in the cup, took apart another lamp and now have the light socket hanging at the top like the other bulb is. This should make ALOT more light for them. Remember there is a third AQUARIUM CFL in the lid.

I got the 80 led 4.5w 110 volt bulb, if that is confusing

Maybe in a few more weeks you'll be able to tell. They won't begin flowering until they are mature enough no matter what light schedule you run.

I ordered an 80 bulb led 4.5w , it's like a light bulb you can screw in a socket with 80 led's in it.
60 red 20 blue
has a built in heat sink and fans in the light

Where'd ya order it from? Shoulda consulted teh IC first breh, That thing's gonna only be helpin much in the Veg. period. The bulbs on those are like .05 of a watt, very little penetration. They got ones now day's that have like 3-3W chips on em, same as the big boy panels, I would recomend those, I think Petflora uses some. Scour home depot for cheap bulbs like this
LED-E27-3X3w-9w-20pcs-lot-100-Cree-led-chip-9W-LED-dimmable-Lamp-warm-white.jpg
, they are basically the equivalence of the CFL's your using but less energy wasted and less heat. They are really steeply priced tho, but if you ever were into graff, Id say "Rack-em"!

Ok for one those are the wrong type of bulbs to be running for vegetative growth , those are warm bulbs or soft white 3500K? You need daylight bulbs 6500-6700K. Another thing the bulbs look old as if they lost intensity.
And get that other light in the air and out of that cup .

light goes out of cup , check
6500-6700k daylight bubs, check

You my friend got a girlie, those white thing's are pistils, they indicate the female sex (sensimillia son!)! And IME those mutated twisted leaves sometimes come from not having enough light/low light situations. Sometimes happens to undergrowth, probably genetic. I know my Blueberry bagseed is throwing funky leaves under low light, I have them under a 42w cfl in a 1 ft area and the leaves are getting all twisty too. My O.G. and Sour D. are going along fine lol... Soil, I say, every scoop soil, do a scoop perlite. 50/50 mix, you should see a huge difference. Vermiculite's pretty chunky so Id probably use it as mulch on top if the new mix ends up drying too fast. Good luck bro!

The plants are getting pretty tall for this setup, almost too tall.
other than moving cabs
should i do anything or just keep rotating them until i can't save them from touching those cfl's?

They look a bit weak for LST, I really don't think they'll get much taller, unless more light is added.

Man i really hate to be up front, but you need to change your approach fast or those plants aren't gonna put out shit. Add more watts of light, improve reflection and don't water them so much. They don't need any nutes for a good 2 weeks in my opinion.

At this stage i would not rotate them.

Looks like a learning experience that's cool you have a little female though I get stoked when I see the first ones

Coming along nicely, lucky that you got a nice strong female in these conditions. I'd clone her if I were you, but since this is your first time around it's ok. Send her to my studio and we'll take some pictures, see where things go :D

She has potential... transplant to a larger container and get her under some real light (ahem... hps) if you want a decent stash out of her.
