Where is the edit button? Forgot to mention this is my first grow and it's Northern Light from Nirvana Feminized

Looks very healthy, especially for a first grow :)

Edit button is in the bottom right corner of your post, next to quote and quick reply.

Looking really healthy!!

May I ask you about the the pot?
Did you buy it or is it DIY?
How big is it?

I think my grow might be experiencing a root bound, next grow I want to fix that :)

I am interested in finding some smart pot's too (Maybe even fabbing em, Mini0n got any tips?) Smallest I could find around the web were 7" diameter, 1gal's, probably what he has. I prefer 1LT container's but haven't been able to find any readily available of the fabric variety. Guess there's a market for em aye?

Thanks!

It's a 3 gal smart pot. Bought it from my local hydro store. It's the biggest that will fit in my case, well it wouldn't actually fit in my case if I didn't have it in that tray that sort of molds it to fit the dimensions of the case. In my little experience, if you think your plant may be root bound then it probably is . For me the indications were the roots coming through the holes in the bottom of the pot and the leaves beginning to droop a bit.

I think you could definitely fab up some smart pots by sewing some similar material together or something. Wouldn't have a clue how to do that though lol. I don't know where you live but a quick search on ebay pulled up smart pots in every size you could imagine.

Sorry, alaw989 is my other account.

Some pics today after watering with ro water 1/4 tsp FFTB and 1/4 tsp Earth Juice Catalyst. I'm always worrying about my pH because it never seems right. I know you have to gradually up the pH so I added 3/4 tsp of pH up and that brought the water to about 7.0. Measured the runoff and it was about a 5.0. So does that mean the pH of my soil is around 3.0???

thnx KG.

Mini0n, I also had the same exact problem at the beginning of my(first) grow.
In my case turns out that the soil I used was not suitable for micro grows.
I flushed it and the PH went back to normal.

Id say go organic brother, and never worry about PH again (Unless your base water's really fukxd up...)! If your inclined to follow a bottle regiment, I am using the GO Box ($40 for the whole line...), and the lady's are lovin' it!

So she is getting kind of out of control. I had to keep tying down branches everyday to keep from getting burned by the lights. I don't know how long I can keep doing this before there is just not more room left. I have been thinking about a scrog but would that even help?

a screen would help keep the canopy of the lights but maybe also try fitting a sheet of plexiglass between the lights and plants. i think you waited to long to flower amigo. next time scrog it from the start and start flowering when half of the screen is full.

I like that idea, but wouldn't the plexiglass cut down on how much light that is being received?

nice growbox! lookin real sweet :D
u have them all in the same pot?

Thanks! It's one plant that is heavily LST'd and I'm still struggling to keep her from getting too close to the lights. She was transplanted into a 3 gal pot the same day I switched to flowering. I read that it would get 2-3 times bigger in flowering, but DAMN she exploded with growth. The main cola is about to hit the roof of my case! :frown:
