Goddamn those look great! the gf and i are new MA medi growers on our first run, doing chem 91 and star dog, about to throw cuts of our friends chems sister, the chem pheno d, the burmese kush, the daywrecker, and ecsd into our new aero- cloning machine what line of nutes do u use? I've been told it's between house and garden, advanced, and botanicare by my friends. Do u do coco, promix, or what? im just using promix hp, with some additional perlite for drainage and amending it with some extra micorrizhae im top-feeding with nutes from a variety of different lines, but i'd like to just pick one line and go with it Surely whatever u r doing is working well for u Very interested in ur input and u obviously have experience working with the chem family, which is our fav and what we intend on running almost exclusively

Welcome Uncle Doobie! Did you actually apply for a "Hardship Grow" w/ the state, or is it more nod-nod,wink-wink, I got my certificate. ?

Nowadays it seems Promix has micorrizhae in it. I grow in coco right now w/ H&G, but Botanicare is good for soil and cheaper and a proven good choice.

U automatically qualify for hardship grow if u have masshealth (i do), temporary assistance for needy families (tanf), e.b.t. (food stamps), public housing (section 8) or a number of other public services intended for the economically challenged as for myself, i have six crushed discs in my spine, making working pretty tough Especially after being on dead tour for many nights at a time

I guess H&G has a soil formula, and if you're willing to pay, it's awesome stuff.
Following their guidelines can be a bit much tho.

H&G is great stuff, I love CANNA myself. Both are expensive, compared to say running Lucas with GH. I recently kicked over to organic methods, but nothing wrong with good clean nutes. Remember, less is more

Specifically, the H&G roots excelurator kicks ass.

Please be careful, and read the laws really well, if you are growing "on the books" in MA. Last time I read through the text, you have to agree to random home inspections of the grow area. Not to mention you need to re-apply for hardship every 12 months starting on Jan 1, 2014. The plant counts are not solidified yet either, currently it's 10 ounces for every 60 days. (If any of this has changed, please correct me - I have not read up on the laws in a month or two). But they reserve the right to change any of this at any time, so it's kinda scary right now :\

There is more stuff I don't like about it, but this excerpt it what I was referring to specifially.

105 CMR: Department of Public Health
(I)
A registered qualifying patient or his or her personal care giver(s) cultivating marijuana pursuant to a hardship cultivation registration shall adhere to industry best practices in the cultivation of marijuana plants and storage of finished product, and any standards specified by the Department.
(J)
A registered qualifying patient and his or her personal caregiver(s) is prohibited from selling, bartering, giving away or distributing in any manner marijuana or paraphernalia.
(K)
The Department may inspect the cultivation site of a registered qualifying patient with a hardship cultivation registration, or the cultivation site of his or her personal caregiver(s), at any time. Acceptance of a hardship cultivation registration by a registered qualifying patient constitutes consent for such inspection of the cultivation site.

Why is paraphernalia even mentioned in this document? Well, I think they tied more knots than they untied -> They handed the industry over to the dispensaries, what a joke...sorry for the rant. Most people in my real life don't get it, I am sure you guys do though.

I have a feeling, at least from what I'm seeing/hearing in my own area is that lots of people who can obtain a card are just saying fuckit and growing with the attitude of " give me a jury of my peers".We all know no Mass jury is going to give more than probation unless you were holding a bag of blow and a scale.I imagine they might come in and wreck your spot if you've been a nuisance in your neighborhood but everybody that's been busted...and I've known several in the last 3 yrs...is still growing and barely took a week off.One girl had to pay $1000 but she whomped a cop for cutting her plants.
I could be very wrong so don't go taking my advice but as a male lesbian I have every right to grow MMJ for my personal mental health because it makes me feel more womanly and I don't feel ostracized for using the ladies room.Now fight that!!Right??
On a lighter note I took 4 clones from each nice big veg female, lined them up perfectly, trimmed the bigger leaves then knocked the whole tray upside down behind a desk.So together yet so unraveled.

that's a retarded way to think seeing as how.. 99% of the people who don't care about marijuana.. don't care about MEDICAL MARIJUANA.. not the drug dealer down the st .. seling to there children and there friends.. im sorry but mass is still very gay about buds..if u get caught non medical.. depending on plant count and everything.. they can fuck u way worse then probation.. that's just misinformation at its best.

Where Slip & I are from, things seem a bit more lenient than, say Boston and it's outlying areas.
A grower's safety should always be priority #1.

I look @ R.I. MMJ laws as the most progressive in NE, and there's plenty of you on board here. Hell, quite a few of you moved to R.I. to grow/caregive. Trying to keep it a secret?

As far as getting busted, I'm way more concerned about getting ripped than cops pounding on my door.
