many in ground plants new groth curling up, yellow blotchy leaves

Almost all my dynamite and blueberry in the ground looks like this cut, yellow blotchy new growth, and some leaf edges are curled up. They haven't been watered in a few days and was going to fertilized today but went with straight water instead. Cuts a dynamite. Pics of grow in my album.

Anyone who can help please, its only effecting new growth

What soil are they in?

A mix of potting soil, sand and clay, also should mention I'm running the fox farm trio. I have an afghan ryder that's just fine in a pot and about 30 plants on a raised platform of black dirt and mulch, this is stumping me, maybe i let them get too dry and that locked them up a bit, but the dyno and bbsoil has hay on top of it to conserve water

Extremely, with less water than normal, got lazy last week

looks burnt to me...definitely add more water, the plants should acclimatize...
