Avi Makes Butter (in pictures)

Thanks for the wash tip...I'm sick as fux, new years eve....had about 22g's of some neighborhood-grown outdoor sour d, that was to rough to smoke anymore of. Made some butter with about 4,5 ozs. Ate some when it was done (raw) and it tasted assy so just re-washed.

thanks to hydro-soil for the butter washing technique, works well, one of my pals really dislikes the flav of green butter so im gonna do this for his batches...

thanks for checkin the mega.... maybe we knew each other ina past life :)

This is the soy letchin I use:

Natural Soya
Non-GMO Granules

I think the powder form is easier to use. I really like the inverted jar idea!

working on a batch of flavored olive oil.... jalapenos, oregano, garlic, onion, ganja, 3 litres of olive oil, all stewing together

still no lecithin, lazy & forgetful on that tip i am....

thanks 2legalco, i did see that thread about ghee & no h20,
cookin trim & buds in the oven before adding it all to the "fat" (oil or buter or whatever) is the old school method,
and the old skool ways still work well.

That sounds soo good! Do you think the herbs/veggies detract from the amount of cannabanoids extracted?

i doubt it, but maybe.
it's still potent enough to my liking, and those who have tried it so far.

interesting thread. In my over 40 years of smoking weed I've never eaten it. this looks easy enough and can't wait for a few weeks to turn some trim into edibles. thanks for the pictures!

holy shit, i hope your mind is blown. it's 5 times more psychoactive than smoking it. or so they say. seems about right.

about the same as I do . but I water cure my weed now first till the water is almost clear.makes for better tasting butter IMHO

that makes sense supermanlives.... i may try that with some of my trim... water curing.... good idea, even tho i dont mind the taste of green in the butter.
