Unhealthy Roots

Just got back from vacation and found a leaking uniseal but that's another thread. I inspected the roots and found problems there as well.

I have a rDWC with a chiller at 65* Fahrenheit so the temps are great. Everything is great. However, I had the plants running without the chiller a few days before I left so the plants could've been brewing something. Either way, I just added some h2o2 to the root zone to hopefully clear things up but the lights are just about to turn off and I won't be able to check them again for 12 hours.

Please take a look at the pictures and let me know if the h2o2 would fix it or if something else needs to be done. Also, the plants look droopy, probably because the sick roots.

Thank you

Tried Dutch master zone and no luck, I still have funky roots. I think I need to sterilize the system and rinse the roots...does that make sense?

I'm thinking of removing the plants, rinsing the roots with tap water and h2o2 then bubbling in plain tap for a bit. Meanwhile I can flush out the rDwc system, refill and then add bleach or shock? Does anyone know how much bleach per gallon to kill off anything in the pipes? Before I reintroduce the plant I'd flush the system again.
