things don't start to go south until they try to flower because thats when they work hardest
That's also when they are starting to die i.e. senescence. The closer they are to finishing the closer they are to then end of their natural life cycle. The 60 year old marathoner who's taken great care of himself over the course of his life finishes the race strong.

I wish Nomaad was online showing his outdoor, if he has one this year. His garden was AWESOME. Can't remember anyone progressing so much so fast. His smoke rocked. One of the sharpest people I've ever run across anywhere in the canna or mainstream world.

Haven't tried Serenade because the of the smell.
I can only relate my indoor experience with Serenade and my local friends outdoor experience with it. Seems to be less effective the deeper the plant goes into flower as the plant weakens. IMO if you've got PM issues a bandaid like Serenade will provide temporary relief. You're dealing with weak genetic issues or poor plant care allowing the PM to flourish. Don't worry about the smell as that does not translate to the finished flowers. Smells like vinegar though lol. Basically it's just bacteria in a carrier. Serenade good only for powdery mildew and does nothing for botrytis far as I know.

Less Ego, More Big Plants!

My tallest thus far at just a couple inches under 9 feet.

Widest at 7.5 feet wide

I know my plants are nothing special, but I am happy for this being my second outdoor grow and my first at this place. Cheers to all! There is no need for the disunity and negativity; be mindful that you aren't laying on a shitty metal cot in a 6x8 room. Why not be filled with Joy? look what we get to do with our time.

She is (LA Confidential x (Salmon Creek Big Bud x Orange Crush)) x (LA Confidential x MNS Mango Haze). There is a possibility it also has LS1 in the mix. LS1 was an unknown plastic blue colored plant with dark blue and purple fruit flavors, and a rich black hash backbone. This cross is a recent one, and a first time run. Looks good to me so far, and smells great too.
