I remember Mark from when he had the Mystic Bookshop on Dundas street east way-y-y before he ended up owning City Lights bookstore and starting his crusade.
Good stuff indeed, let's hope the guber-ment does not drag their feet and mire it up with BS red tape.

does this mean he might be released from prison or just put in Canadian jail, or some kind of parole? what ever the case i hope he will be free soon.
In Canada's laws, he has done no harm. If released to Canada, I imagine he will be free. Peace GS

Usually if an a Canadian prisoner is transferred back to canada, they have to do a bit of time here before they get out on parole... dont know if it will apply to Emerys charges but most likely
this is what really sucks:
due to his raid, gypsy and countless others capitalized on his model. and the vacuum that came with it.
there are too many brokers now that filled the void. and it scared off all my favorite canadian companies to move overseas or shut down completely. i dont really know how any canadian gained from the whole debacle?

i will bet he will be sent to a remand center. or that type of branch in a pen, then the government will suck out every last hour of paperwork we pay for, maybe 1000's hours worth or so, then release him once the justice stamps it

Logan they be talkin' about when the government signed off on some b/s paperwork last year that would be allowin' them to transfer Mark back up here to be finishin' his time
lookin' like the man will keep him til that last minute as they be thinkin' they have a point to be made, it ain't makes no good reason or rhyme
it be up too some minister or whatnot to be gettin' off his ass and signin' the transfer papers but they be obviously trifflin' with him, plain to see they be makin' Mark do every minute
for a guy who gave back ALL of his earnings to the "movement" and had $12 in his bank account at the time of his arrest...something tells me when he get's out, he'll be back in his Downtown condo and parading across the nation.
