strange white spots

Hi all, I'm growing an autoflowering plant outdoor. I am at week 7, buds are coming out and the plant looks fine.

Unfortunately I noticed these little white "halos" as you can see from the pictures. I also noticed some little larva worms on the leaves, that I tried to kill manually. I also sprayed a neem-oil compound on the plant, and I am planning to do it again today. Do you know what it could be/ how could I cure this specific problem?
Thank you guys!

I forgot to say that i have not seen any of the little red spiders (I think they are called mites in english) that I red could be the cause of similar problems.

Looks like powdery mildew. There is a thread on this problem and how to get rid of it.

I've not had this problem before, but I hear that spraying the leaves that are affected with milk works, don't forget to mist the next day after treatment with a good amount of ph'd water to get rid of residue.

Have a look around and see if you can find the thread on pm ( powdery mildew ).

Also because I've not experienced this problem, see what others say.

Good Luck.

I would say spidermites and or thrips. Neem foliar sprays should work if used as indicated. Get Every Leaf front and back, the stems and surface of the soil every other day for about 7-10 days. At least that has worked for me in the past against those two pests. I had a couple leaves stick together when I first started learning to use it. You could see the bite marks forming a serration pattern from the leaf areas that didn't get covered.

At 7 weeks in you probably will just want to use a shop vac and water spraying methods on the daily till harvest then clean up shop like it was a surgery ward.

I think I identified the problem. thrips should be responsible for this. I forgot to tell you I am growing outdoors. I will give them the neem oil daily as you said. Will update this thread with updates!
thank you!

You are probably right that it is Thrips, not nearly as harmful as Spider Mites, and, outdoors, both are less of a worry than indoors.

Take care with using Neem daily, I use it fortnightly max, 99% sure I read that it can burn plants if you use too much.

Thrips. Anything with Spinosad in it will wipe them out. And it's 'organic'

I was the one that missed the outdoor part. It was a bit early and was just starting that wake and bake before going to the toil and grindstone.

That aside it was neem every other day meaning to skip one day between applications. The key is to keep interupting that hatch, feed, breed cycle. I have never had issues with neem applications burning my plants when mixed properly. Keep in mind not to overwater if it needs to go a few more days before application let the plant roots recover. Neem will prevent more than just thrips. Many insects do not like neem and it seems like the plants love it so it is a double win imo. Go with what you feel. The other caution about spraying anything on the buds in bloom is once they start to fill in and swell you will risk budrot or mold or whatever you want to call it.

I'm not discouraging neem use, but any oil sprayed in hot sunlight can cause phytotoxicity. Neem is prone to this anyway. I would not say that plants love it. Spray just before Sundown. A Spinosad soil drench will give the best results on Thrips. Label says OK to spray on the day of harvest. Good luck. -granger

Thank you for the tips guys. Yesterday evening ( I never give anything at the plants while they are exposed to the sun) I gave to the plant this compound:
- 70 drops of neem oil
- half a liter of warm water
- a spoon of soap

I also spray'd all the other plants I have in my garden (tomatoes also look like they love neem oil :) )

Anyway this is how the plant looks like at week 7!
