Simple method for identifying peppers sex. Look on the underside of the pepper, those with four bumps are 'female' and those with three bumps are 'male'. The 'female' pepper contain more seeds. They are sweeter and better for eating raw. The 'male' are better for cooking and contain fewer seeds.
