Seems your neck of the woods would have the sippin whiskey of the white kind available hank. Know where I'm from it's everywhere. But the really good stuff is harder to find.

Most of that moonshine is swell. Made from hog feed(hi in corn) and condensed using a OLD car or truck radiator. I BS you not. Imagine the lead contained in it. Let not talk about rubbing alcohol. Now there are some "gentleman" moonshiners. Make their own and do it right. Not so much for money as for the Scottish-Irish tradition of making your own and not paying taxes.

Know all to well about the radiator method. had a old guy back home that did that. Takes a sorry pos to endanger people that way.
Not saying I ever made it, but there is a right way and a wrong way of doing it.
Wish I had a couple of gallons of it to make Apple Pie with. The cherry bop is damn good to.
