It is possible that the soil is too hot, and maybe the water isn't circulating around and causing them to "wilt"?
Not an expert opinion but a couple of guesses

Even with those size cups watering every 2-3 days is probably optimal, OVERWATERING is bad. Wait til you see a marked change in soil color(lighter and more pwdery when dry) And also rotate the plants a bit , with them bending away from the light at the beginning of each light cycle if you want to keep height down.
Give them a little bit of space and minimal tlc and they will find what it takes to keep growing.
Make sure that it's ok to put plants of that size/age in 24 hour light??

I am new at this myself but my Hubby is a Master grower & is trying for a prodigy out of me. I've heard everything tehmaster was was saying about over watering as well.
As far as 24 hours of light we have our seedlings in light from 8am to 12am. 16 hours of light.
Soil too hot? Idk Swampdank will be up in a couple hours & ill ask him
about the soil. (Soil is still mostly his job...lol)

Cut your soil with a little pro mix. 50/50 for seedlings. They don't need much. Once they develop a decent root mass, toss em in a richer soil.

FFOF is usually really hot. I normally mix a bag of it with a bale of promix. Add in some various guanos and meals, and you have a versatile mix for seedlings to blooming plants. Supplement with compost tea and guano tea and the plant pull what it needs from the soil. No over feeding. No burn. No curl.

This method hasn't failed me for years. I like Blazeoneups water only mix. I just made minor adjustments.

Also... Read up on environmental factors that influence sex. I noticed you are running 24hrs light. This is great for clones, but seedlings would benefit from less day
Light hours. 16/8 promotes females. Also, higher N and lower P. bluer light. Cooler temps etc. simulate early spring to promote females. It's not a proven method but it damn sure works for me.

Seedling soil is the easiest one to make.Peat,EWC,perlite or aged compost, peat and perlite maybe a little lime etc.You can even use coco,EWC but at around 7 to 10 days they are gonna be real hungry.

If you can, make your own and you wont look back.
