Here is may Panama girl. She seems to be doing well despite our daytime highs that reach 100 degrees. One of the most beautiful plants I have ever grown.

Warm cozy sativa. Great smell, taste, effect. Checks all the right boxes in my mind. Ive taken her as long as 83 days and as short as 63. Both are excellent.

Beautiful panama expression Don Dump :) Looks exactly like the great reddish panama mum used to breed some of the panama lines: the leaf color and shape, resin production, flowering time and flower structure are almost the same. The generation you are growing are her grandsons and still looks so close.... Im sure you have a great individual there in terms of potency, resin production and strong aroma.

The dried flowers also looks great, well done  Im glad you are satisfied with the experience ;)

PD: If you have the chance to flower the same mum outside, i think she will show great colors, although not much indoors.

Hey I just came back to my greenhouse after about ten days gone...initially my Panama was showing white pre-flowers, but now they are very obviously pink, to my great satisfaction.

Hi Bear Riot,

It's a great chance to grow big sativas like panama in a greenhouse.
As we commented previously, the pink pistil trait is more frequent and evident outdoors, i think it has a lot to do with the sun light spectrum.
Please, keep us updated, it's always a pleasure to see the pink panama pheno maturing outdoors.

Here she is trimmed and ready to hang.If I had to put a number to it she was 95% cloudy at 60 days.I only found a clear or two on the very bottom flowers.
-A Central American Sativa that is done in about nine weeks
-A 100% Sativa that yields big time
-Hash Plant
Whats not to like about this plant.I think word is getting out about what a stunner she is.Also a world class job by the breeders, well done.I could not be happier with the results:tiphat:

The last week or so she really put on the girth around the colas. If I can quote Yosemite Sam, "...she was putting on weight like I married her" Sorry, that cracks me up every time I think about it.

Also the colas sticking up and out of the bucket are really that long with bud about 3/4 of way down or so.

Thanks for the kind words and feedback Charles, I also think panama is one of the best central american sativas ever bred ... the line is already very consistent in terms of quality even keeping alive a good amount of genetic diversity in the population and is quite fast flowering for a 100 % sativa of tropical origin, as you experienced you can find phenos that actually mature in 9.5 weeks of flowering. The most resinous panama phenos could be consider as sativa hasplants!

Hey everyone here are my 10 Panama seedlings at 79 days of 11/13, right before the chop. They are now hanging out in the drying tent as I type. These are definitely good yielders, and they where great to grow(seems to love MH\HPS mix). Very easy to care for, and they can handle high temperatures well. Most of the Panama plants where very heavy drinkers, as well as heavy feeders for Sativas. Also no hermies, remarkable for any 10 seedling females(fem or not). There where no male flowers on any plant. I have not sampled them yet, but I am thinking they might be some great smoke. I will report back once I do test them.

Congrats SeedsOfFreedom  Very inspiring and abundant panama harvest! You are right, panama loves strong light intensity, the blend of HPS and MH works great for her. She likes abundant water and fertilizer in the flowering to provide good harvests like yours, your last pic is the very strong red pheno (more brownish indoors) that usually takes 11-12 weeks to mature.

Let us know what do you think after a bit of curing!

Im glad you are also happy with your flowers and the experience wingdings :)

True, some phenos can be harvested as early as 63 days (especially when flowering clones), you can give them 2 extra weeks more if you prefer more resinous dense flowers and a stronger longer lasting effect.

What's the server fund and how does it work? Given the context my guess is it involves seed donation to help support the servers this site runs on or I am totally off base?

Hi everyone. I was back out this morning and took a few more piccies. It's been 3 weeks since my last trip. They have definitely stopped growing vertically and fattening up real nice. Some are real frosty and some are showing their purple hairs. Photos are not that great as I was in and out at sunrise and there wasn't much light. Ill give them another 3-5 weeks before harvest

I have seen few Panama pics that look like your last photo.
Pink hairs and extreme resin on the leaves.
Looks like you found a nice pheno :woohoo:
