Once I get the duct from the veg side over to the box I will cut the return for the A/C in. At 2x2 I want to get it in before the next step,... panda film the walls. I have a 100' roll to do the Flower and the new Veg box with.
I have a HPS ballast with a bad ignitor, so I'm going to remove it and convert it to run MH, I have a nice new bulb and hood to hook it up to.:plant grow:
When I wire that in, I've decided it's time to get a good map of what I've got running on what circuit so I can keep the load balanced in the future. It's just good practice and hell, I smoke this weed I grow, so I've got to track of some things.....funny I always get a shot of paranoia any time I write anything down that has to do with this, even in the most secure and cryptic way.

no doubt, I am in awe of your setup mag, whole new level of respect bro and that is one serious control panel, all you need now is a flux capacitor so you can go back to the 80's and snag a cut of some roadkill skunk

yes sirr... MagniKhan you're blowing it up! reppin FLA in a major way.

"I always get a shot of paranoia any time I write anything down that has to do with this"

that's that healthy paranoia thing bro, I was using red solo cups with holes punched in the bottom... you know like everyone does... until I needed to throw some away... my healthy paranoia stepped in and now I use regular garden equipment.

I mean how many legitimate uses can one have for dirty red solo cups with holes in them.

Good to see a lot of familiar faces in this thread! You indoor boyz got some engineering skills goin on. If I stay as paranoid as I currently am, my next go around may have to move indoors.

Your work is lookin good MK, that's a hell of a project and you should be proud of it. :tiphat:

I found some nice brackets at HomeDepot to hang my new carbon filter.

This the hanging system I put together for the filter. Some chain, rubber hose, "S" clips and a nice 3/8 steel bar.

I'll get it mounted to a 6" blower I have next, this will return the air back to the flower side with the A/C. I'm hoping this will move enough air to keep the room cool while scrubbing the air.
I'm trying to save a few watts, if I needed I will enlarge the blower. If that doesn't work then I'll remove it from the return and set it up alone in the flower side.

I have some smelly C99BX1 and a new addition to the "stable" Pre98 Bubba, I hear she is super smelly so I want to be ready.

Incredible build Mag everything looks clean and professional, if this is your effort for 3200 I can't even imagine that shit you'd pull on a 10 or 20k operation. I'll def be coming to you for advice when I have my caregiver paperwork all set up, whats the legal situation like down in your neck of the woods?

Thanks, I'd be glad to help.

As for my legal situation, I live in Florida. It has the most draconian drug laws in the nation, bar none. There is finally a well funded responsible effort to get medical on the ballot for 2014....fingers crossed.

Haha the irony of FLORIDA... the state where people from all over the country drive to buy "legal" drugs like percs and oxy like skittles has some vendetta against pot smokers. Good luck man, be safe. Up here in Maine a caregiver can have 5 patients with 6 flowering and 12 veg plants per person, plus yourself if you qualify. I'd say 36 legal plants in the flowering room and 72 waiting is a pretty legit deal for us. I have a feeling that when other states see the money that Colorado and Washington are raking in from taxes on canna cafes they'll be fiddling a different tune

I've had to stop and make some adjustments to the ventilation system.
I had some fears that using one of the scrubbers to move air to the other box might have some issues. I just didn't think it would do what it did.
In a nut shell it created a positive pressure on the flower side and pushed untreated air out. That should not of happened, at lest on the flower side, it's sealed....mostly. It has a plastic layer that is completely tape below the tape and sealed RMAX. And the door has a nice seal on it, I made it out of one sheat of 3/4 plywood and framed it with 1x2....it's hung true.

Turns out that I had a large gap in the plastic by the door and all the pipes in and out. So all in all it helped me find any leaks I had, a little tape and I'm back on course.

Still had to go with a larger return so I don't have to force it.

I've gotten the panel upgrade done. A new 20a line to feed the new ballast, timer, fans and pumps.
It's a new Phantom Digital 600W Electronic Ballast running a 600w MH Digilux (only 600w non-conversion MH on the market)....I'll see how it does shortly.

All I have to do now is hang the panda film, tape it and set up the tables!
I can see the light.....

I LOVE the cleanliness of your panel brother, very nice.

Thanks! It's habit mixed with a perfectionism ( and a bit of neurotic over thinking)

Few more thing and it will be "done"( like it's ever done). I think I need to add a cO2 dump/ Air exchange at night. So I'm going to have to figure out how to dump, hold, scrub and dump the air/cO2 from the flower box. With two veg boxes and a "hallway" I think I can make it happen.
Speaking of smell, I see what you mean about the Bubba. Between that and the Chunk in the box it got a bit of a smell once in a while....just in the box though! The Larger new carbon filter combined with the "reloaded" old one has got that zipped up so far.

Speaking of never done, I'm thinking about one last door to seal the whole show behind.........Hmmm magnetic gasket or compression like on a car....:chin:

You're a madman brother! (j/k)
I personally like to put as many doors between my garden and the rest of the world. I have 3 locked doors before the garden can be seen. It helps me sleep at night:biggrin:

The veg room is 99% done, and hurried into service. I still need to do a floor of some kind, but with mainly ebb and flow and a hempies I'll be good to go for a few.

Still have many loose ends to tie up, but way behind scheduled, thus the rush into service. And frankly, I wanted my girls under the new light as soon as possible.
More pics to follow.

Stay Safe,
