In my last order I got a freebie of Shark Attack, which they claim is high in CBD. No way to confirm that, but it is a very nice smoke that I would definitely like to grow again.

Also, if I'm not mistaken, I believe hemp is generally high in CBD with little or no THC. You can even (legally) buy hemp oil products that contain CBD only.

I'm about to head out to confirm my collection of CBD from some cannatonic #4.

We have testing labs available in Michigan.

I'm heading to one of the best labs in the state. The only one with an MS in addition to a couple of GCs and one HPLC. ALL in one lab ..

High CBD plants can only be safely gained via cloning. Seeds always have a wide range of composition. So they are a crap shoot. Once you identify a plant that has high CBD production, clone the shit out of it.

This strain (from clone) has been measured at more than 18% CBD.

You're still dealing with genetic potential regarding strains. If you're in the EU then Sea-Crop is sold under the brand 'Immutin'. Lab tests prove THC up about 50% and CBD up about 200%. It's nice to grow a supposed high CBD strain.

200%?????????????????????????????????????????????

Any time some says things like 'this additive will increase yield/THC/Resin/CBD by such and such %' you really have to take it with a
grain of salt. please excuse the pun.

But, you're saying that adding salt to my res will make my 20% thc Jack the Ripper into 30% thc Jack the Ripper

And my 19% CBD AC/DC into 38% CBD.

This just isn't going to happen. I already give my plants the proper levels of micros without the NaCl.

When people use "% increase" it just makes me think of Big Mike over at AN.

CBD crew has some great lines of 1:1 ration CBD varieties, really nice plants, Jorge Cervantes is part of the crew so hopefully that means it is the real deal.

Peace

Still have some of this. Looks MUCH better than it was, is. I will probably still have some of it till I give it away or use it for budder etc ( which is unlikely ). Very disappointing. Very harsh, horrible taste if you want to call it taste, the taste of smoking rope. It did nothing at all for my pain and there's no buzz either. Lose lose lose.

Sorry, big thumbs down and I unfortunately got stuck with an oz. We gave that place 3 shots and 3 times we were disappointed.

Bah!

I did not say that anything about adding salt, NaCl as you are saying, will provide benefits. Sea-Crop is not adding NaCl. It's adding concentrated trace elements/minerals and sea-based organic compounds. Seawater has about a 3.3% concentration of NaCl. In Sea-Crop the trace minerals are concentrated up to 30X (30 times) while the salt (NaCl as you put it) DROPS to about 2% in the final product. Think about that for a minute.

Have you ever done any research into sea-based organic compounds especially those that are generated/created from phytoplankton blooms?

Yes, I have. And SEA-Crop is just dried brackish water. Which is why the NaCl in it is only 2%. And adding too many Micro's to your feed/media is a known detriment.

Anybody have the CBD break down for hemp oil? And is the legal hemp oil sold on the web any good for pain and health problems.

:thank you:

You have NO clue what Sea-Crop is. To say it's just 'dried brackish water' shows your ignorance. I mean WoW. Go ahead and spend some time on the phone with the owner, Arthur Zieglar, for starters. When you go and visit the production facility tell us all how they make 'dried brackish water' in that place at Toke Point. I've been in the production facility.

I almost busted a gut laughing at your expertise on this product :ying:

I think you might be talking about Sea-90?

SHARK ATTACK- Dinafem seeds

Grew out this Shark Attack by Dinafem. It is reportedly high in CBD, but have not had my cut tested. Here is pictures for visuals. Nice yielding strain. Funky over ripe fruit smell/taste. Medium buzz. Dominant main cola. -Bio

Of course that's the case. Who said anything about overdosing a plant?

My main point was that a plant cannot express it's full genetic potential, and that includes CBD production/content, unless it has all of the necessary building blocks. The information I gave was based on actual laboratory analysis of dried flowers CBD content.

FWIW I DO NOT produce, sell or distribute Sea-Crop.

Yeah, Sea-90. Sea-Crop looks like a liquid version. But this thread is not about
nutrient additives, it's about CBD strains. And to say 'Using this additive will increase CBD by 50%' is just hogwash. I'm done.

Thanks Headband. I can't make my own but I think I will buy some organic hemp oil on the web. My concerns also is how GMO can infect our food chain and get into even our hemp supplies. This needs to be addressed by breeders who also sell seeds and products.
I know hemp oil is high in omega fatty acids and balanced 3,6 and 9. Too much omega 3 oils can lead to health problems and weight gains and these oils are in so many of our foods today. As for pain relief I don't know with these products on the web. I don't like the idea of using butane or alcohol to make hemp oil. Juicing the MJ or hemp leafs is a great way to get the best out of it, and has had great results for pain, cancer, and other ailments. So if you grow use the big fan and bud leaf and juice it. Small amount like 2 tablespoons a day would work for you. Well keep up the good fight and health.
