Finished Mad Men off of Netflix recently with my girl.

I didn't like the first few episodes, but after I got used to the show, I decided it was a worthwhile waste of time. Highly rec it if you like series with good anchor actors and a strong developing plot. Maybe not up there with Sopranos, but a very similar story with characters you like coming and going, with a few heavy hitters running the entire series length.
