Opinions on best domeless nail?

I've had my HE DualiTI for about 6 months, seems to be losing it's heat retention and flavor loss. I'm pretty tempted to just get another one, as they're only 70$. Anyone have experience with the other nails (i.e.: vapenweiser, Dab Essentials) etc. Are they worth the extra 50-100$ or should I just stick with my DualiTI? Thanks in advance for any replies ;).

There is a change if flavor when you season the nail, but it should be stable after that.

You will hold heat longest with a heavier nail, but it will also take longer to heat up.

Use a dremel with a steel brush bit to clean it and soak in iso after.
Every one I dab with has the same problem, takes forever to heat them up when they are like that also.

yeah i need to get the dremel tool I think. i've tried soaking it in iso but it's useless without something abrasive like that to rub the gunk off.

I love my dualati, and using winterized extracts gives me a month or two before cleanings are necessary...I use a little metal toothbrush and ethanol, reclaim going into topical HAO.

Task has a blog that he updates with answers to questions like these. Instead of cleaning with wire brush I would probably just purchase a new nail head instead of whole nail, but at the same time I have been dabbing off the same two nails and curve since I started dabbing and I don't mind the ti oxide film doesn't seem to effect flavor imo. Here task talks about why it maybe a fast and easy way to get a nail clean of the oxide film it may not be the best option due to pitting of the titanium surface with metals other than titanium. Check it out!

I have a Vapenwiser DI domeless and the best feature is it heats-up fast. The worst thing about is it cools quickly. It is easier to dab full melt on a nail w/o a hole in the middle and that stay hot longer. It works great for bho and is adequate for FM. I have a friend with an electro dabber, this will be my next nail. It has a light cord and is easy to pass. It is always on, it is quiet, there is no odor, and a few less empties (cans).

thanks but what does it do? yes I am really that dense! anyway, forgive my ignorance

You heat the cone (nail) at the top with a torch and wipe oil on the inside of that cone, while drawing through the pipe.

The vaporized oil is drawn through a hole in the bottom of the cone and down through the pipe.

My big oil head friends are all waiting for the new "flux nail" IDK? They are usually on the latest shit. I myself have been thinking about getting a dab n flo, they seem nice but I don't think there is a domeless.

Has anyone tried those quartz domeless? If so what do you think? I tried one recently and didn't like it. Seemed to have a weird taste and I was scared of breaking it, maybe I am just not used to quartz.

the joe halen honey hole is a popular domeless quartz at the moment, never tried one although I would like to have one in the arsenal. I haven't dabbed on quartz or glass in forever, but from what I can remember the flavor was nice.

Thats the one! It always taste weird when I light it. When the owner of it lights it for me then it's better. They are sooo ugly though. My bud also has a nectar collector with a quartz tip and I love that, hands down the tastiest hits of oil I have ever had, but man do you look like a crack head hitting it!

Oh, so it is for BHO then? THANK YOU MAN!
