Under 6 Plants Consequences?

Was planning on getting my MMAR liscense but after the updates it looks like this is no longer possible.. I am thinking of keeping it small and very stealthy in a cabinet or PC grow but am wondering if anyone has updated consequences for under 6 plants? I want to minimize risk as much as possible.

Do you have that info on the 3 kilos anywhere? 3 kilos is quite a bit of weight as long as they're only including the plants although knowing the gov they'd probably include the soil, lights, and the door to the room.

Just don't be trafficking . Also mandatory mins are up to the crown not the judge . Pc grow your not going to have a 6 lbs plant wet thats for sure . Also in a pc grow your not gonna want more then 2 plants max . Your better off becomming legal and growing what you need while you can , and if the Shtf and licecses are no longer handed out then you can go off the grid and if you get popped for growing your meds after march 31 /14 then you may have a fight in court . correct you dont want the hassle of the trafficking charge it changes things...
It is up to the prosecutor to go ahead with the charges. It is up to the judge to iron it all out in the end. Many times these kinds of cases dont end up in the courts but alot more are since the conservatives have been in power..........

If it is under the 3 kilos. And there is no trafficking charge, then i would imagine the prosecution would have the choice to proceed or not depending on the situation at hand{guns, children, past charges etc} possibly fines/ community work/ a record.Always have a lawyer who is sticking up for your rights or if you don't they will try and steam roll you...Some of these situations are handled long before court comes and some not. I don't think anyone should be in jail unless they are doing harm to another person. peace

You have to be under 6 plants AND under 3 kilos total weight (and they weigh entire plants).

Basically everyone growing weed is gonna end up jail unless these are ruled unconstitutional, which they undoubtedly should be.

I see the easiest way to get the max would be to, get a pot filled with medium. Soak it. Tare it on a scale. Place clone in the pot and grow it till you dial in the strain to produce 2.9kg wet.
One plant with 3 600's hydro. Even that's probably too much.

You can have 4 plants and 50 lbs wet and if u aint trafficking then there is no mandatory min and during pre-lim hearings if the crown dont state they r going after mandatory mins then they cant . The crown will look pathetic if they try to do that .1 plant 4 lbs wet = 6mos jail = not . We will have to see i guess ..

If your gonna be doing a micro grow, you don't have to worry. Don't tell a single soul about it. Seriously not even your best friend. Clean the air that comes from the grow. You will never get busted. The amount of power you will use is just about nothing, so there will be no suspicion from your power company. I repeat do not tell anyone!!!!! If you have a gf it's best to keep her in the dark if you can. Because hell hath no fury like a women scorned, trust me.

Well short answer is between 0 - 5112 days or 14 years .

A lot of deciding factors come into play for sentences . I personally have had experences where a handfull of charges were from selling a joint - production to conspiracy. Most of them charged at the time where between the ages 19-24 . Out of all the charges the only man to get jail time was the guy who sold the joint . His priors dated back to 1977 with no drugs charges at all . He recived 6 months . The guy sellign the pound got 6 month community sentence .

So It really does come in to play what your doing with your life and what you have done . At least it use to now they dont want you pulling at the soft strings of the judge so they came out with mandotory mins ......


If your worried about gogin to jail , losing your job or kids dont do it .

Fuck this bull shit, this Gov is insane. they should just let ppl grow up to 6 plants, that would quickly destroy the blackmarket and let ppl have some good smoke for the price of growing.... I hope change comes soon or i am moving to Denver.

The only thing that makes sense is that the govt is in bed with organized crime they need each other to survive.....
Even if they dont charge you with trafficking, it is still a major hassle you have to have lawyer to negotiate for you....They are using some cdsa regulator scheme to use to get med pot grower that are busted to plead guilty to the reg violation then usually weak probation for 6 months at the end no criminal charges etc. Fuckt to say the least....
