Not too sure what you are asking....but, ProMix BX is 82.5% sphagnum peat, 12.5% perlite & 5% vermiculite, and both calcitic & dolomitic lime are added for a starting medium ph of 6.2--which is a tad low for my garden needs.

I think powdered milk has zero benefits as a soil conditioner--all the bacteria has been removed. Homogenized milk is heated to kill off everything good--hence the reason store bought milk is fortified with nutrients and vitamins...the very same ones that were cooked away...lol. Raw Milk on the other hand is NOT heat treated and contains all the good bacterias from both the cow and from the grass/feed the cows eat.
As you can see, all processed milk (homogenized, powdered, freeze dried, evaporated, etc) contain very little bacteria; I use Raw Milk primarily for the bacteria...the amino acids, carbs, etc are a freebie!

If the measure is 1 gallon. I like;
8 parts Promix HP
8 parts peat moss
8 parts perlite
3 parts worm casting
2 red plastic cups of lime
Wet with Superthrive and water, then I am good to go.
I do prefer the HP over the BX. Peace GS

Custom mix here too, but Promix is only 18.6% of my "solution". Other primary aggregates for my mix include: bark, compost, worm castings, perlite, vermiculite & calcined clay...and a goodly amount of diversified liming agents!
