CLOUDY WATER

hey everyone , this is my first post . I run into a cloudy water problem .
Im running a DWC system .I have 6 , 5 gallon buckets with hydroton pellets and a 15 gallon reservoir . I have a pump feeding nutes from the top of the bucket just under the net pots and a air pump feeding air to all the buckets also (the air stone aare 6 inch ).
The total water gallon is 23 . this is the second day in row . I've only been running the system for 9 days and 2 days back to back after clean the entire system and starting over the water turns cloudy.
I add plain water to the reservoir and its pumped to the buckets.once I reach my fill mark and it all settles down ,I add flore nova (shook well) and add that to the res and I have a 2nd smaller water pump I put in the res to help mix the water and nutes up .
I then let the water and nutes settle down for an 1 hour and take my tds reading (with pen),
I then take my ph readings (with pen). I remove 1 gallon of water from the reservoir using a milk jug and add my ph down to the gallon of water and shake the shit out of the gallon to mix the ph down . I then slowly add back the gallon of water to the reservoir .Then wait and adjust ph as needed . ( the same way with milk jug)

the plants are 1 week out cloning , the nutes are at 450 tds

well it did it again . cloudy water. man I don't get it . yesterday I ran physan 20 through he system for 2 hour . drained it . rinse the system twice , fill the system and added the nutes . waited for nutes to settle and added the ph down . ( I removed a gallon of water and added the ph down to the gallon and shook the hell out of it and then slowly poured the ph down water back into the reservoir )

The system is 28 gallons .
This time I took a trash can and added 20 gallons of water and added to the nutes and dropped in a small water pump to help mix the nutes and put a lid on till morning .then I mixed up another 8 gallons and added the ph down and wait till morning .

my plan is to clean and rinse the system out again with the physan 20 and back fill the system with the water from the trash can .hope this works cause I really don't know why the water is turning cloudy .hell I even rewashed the hydroton pellet rocks :ying:
