Well hello again weebles, hope all is well. As the title implies this is where I test new strains that are coming through, trying to find some winners, and now that the outdoor is crackin and the indoor is pretty much on auto pilot it's time to get the search for some new winners for next year.
Let's see out of the batch from last time i was posting in nov.-dec. the critical kush, blackwater and headband are out of here, although I do have a buddy who still has it so i can get it back if needed, but I doubt I will. The only one to stay was the grandaddy purple x blueberry, if you want to see any these plants check the link in my signature. Also the Violator Kush didn't pan out all that great.
Anyway that was then this is now so on to now then, well a lot of stuff is going to be zipping through this little tent in the next few months.
The specs for the equipment in the tent itself is at the beginning of my last thread on here.
As far as medium goes for the purpose of this tent it's just Fox Farms Ocean Forest with absolutely nothing added, oh let me take that back, I do add some dolomite lime to ensure proper pH levels in the soil throughout it's usage.
For nutrients, I use the foxfarm line, not all of it of course but I use growbig, tiger bloom, open sesame, beastie bloomz, and cha ching. Also I use Blackstrap molasses for instant sugars and plain just makes the weed taste better imo, and Mycorrhiza but that's just for transplants, not really relevant to this thread but I'm high so now you know about it.
I'm not going to really show any "vegging" in here, I might pop a couple shots here and there but then I might not, this is strictly flowering. Although I will be running some seeds literally 12/12 from after maybe a week after sprouting. But more into that later, plenty of time for all that. Also some strains will be ran twice, as filler plants to make up for the space not being used as I usually end up with a few extras from the cloner.
OKAY so the plants in the tent had their first day of 12/12 on April 1st. These pictures start on April 14th, two weeks into flower. And I took snaps of them about every 5-7 days, these plants will finish for the most part on the 31st here in 5 days, I'll stagger the posts every day or two just because, so by the time the next round goes in I'll probably still be posting these plants. So let's introduce the ladies
"Lemon Skunk"
Looks to be a 65-70 flower, not sure about it so it will be getting ran a second time before I lean one way or the other on it. I got this as a clone, the lineage is pretty clear on this plant.
"Strawberry Blue"
This plant is very indica, single cola plant for sure, very little branching, very nice plant. I got this as a clone. Not sure about the lineage of this, I found one seed company selling these seeds but they claim it to be 75% sativa, that is not this plant, I also found a thread in the Italian server that said they had strawberry blue but I don't read Italian, but it closely resembled the plant I have, I'd like to know though what the lineage is on this, so if you know, please chime in.
"Cheese"
I got this as a clone. I don't know what this is, but I doubt it's the cheese, now the plant structure says cheese, but that's about it, the smell is far to sweet to be cheese, the bud production falls well short of what a cheese should do, maybe its some form of cheese, but I'm not feeling it, I'm running the mother plant as a filler next round but it's out of here. I had a bunch of extras of these so I ran it in one of the planter box's I made, instead of a single plant.
