house and garden nutrients(van de swaan)

i am currently running a dwc system using house and garden nutrients, but im having problems because there nutrient calculator only accounts for a reservoir (flood system) versus independant coolers. jus wondering what experiences people have had with this company and if they ve used dwc how they figured out there mix. i am also only using RO water and am wondering if there is a a problem using RO with this company. all he ladies are doing fine except for one or two whos leaves are turning brown n cracknhelp plz

have never used a better nutrient line in my life......

i ran it in RO water in MPB buckets, kicked ass.....

i remember using there normal calendar......

the calculator goes for their line, no matter of you fill a reservoir or running drain to waste. you can set it to normal feeding, or aggressiv feeding. the calc also gives good infos on when to use what (additives).

h&g makes great additives. base nutes are nice too, but I´m used to a 3part.

Used to use it. Wasn't for me. Too much money for results that I can get from cheaper products. It wasn't about the base, it was the add ons they make you think you need. Either way it just didn't do my plants right for my setup.

no chart is going to know what strain your running, how long it's vegged, what light your running......



I know some like high Ca. but no nutrient is ever formulated to develop Ca def. now the same cannot be said for Mg. if you feel there's Mg lacking.. epsoms.

Be easy on the shooting powder too, that shit can fry your plants @ half dose. I start @ like 12% on new strains... (and I'm running CO2)
