Hello everyone!

I've been growing for a few years now and i have deffenatly had
some successful grows.
However, the last 2 grows or so i have been LAZY!!!
I kinda lost interest and i slacked big time.
I found out that if you don't love your plants and tender
them often, they ain't gonna love you either.

I decided to try to get my motivation back
and give these plants what they deserve, before they provide me
with what I require :)

So here i am!
First time on Icmag.
First grow in about 9 months.

Please feel free to pass me constructive criticism.
Just remember.... im LAZY!

Today in the closet:

Heres some pictures of the mothertent and sad, traumatised clones from 2 motherplants which was all beatup and tired.
I threw them out after taking these cuttings
and ordered 4 x Big bud/White Widow Feminised seeds.

A question:
Can i give thiese new clones some root juice?
I was thinking of mixing some root juice with water (ofcourse),
and poring it in the bottom of the clonebox.

If yes, how early can i do it? they been in there for a few days now
and i wanted to give them some root juice later today to get them going.
If possible.......

they look a lil stressed man. the curling leaves on the plant mean the humidity is too high. take the dome off the plants.they also look like they have a little burn on them. either just give them plain water or lower the amount of root juice you are giving them. looks good.

Thanks for the tip.

Actually i havent even given them any rootjuice yet.
And yes they are a little burnt. its from when they where on the motherplant.
They look abit better today. Leafs are more equally green and they are not curling as much anymore. I will prolly lift the lid abit today to give them some air and then
add a little bit of root juice mix.

4 new mothers on the way. Planted them in soil, put them
with the clones, and poured in 1L of water with 1ml of root juice.
First time i ever used root juice btw.
I hope it will make a significant difference.

Also any thoughts on my clones?
Does it look like they are gonna make it?

I took off the lid today and will try and dry the cubes abit.
I read in a thread today that you should try to force the cuttings to develop
roots by not giving them all the water they need.

This is what caught my attention:
Bottom line rock wool with domes on is too wet and the plants don't go looking for water.

I think this was my problem with my previous grow..

Why does this clone suddenly look like this today?

2013-05-28+17.38.16.jpg

I had the lid off for 3-4 hours yesterday and put it on during the night,
and have now taken it back off seing this clone like this.
Cubes are still moist from watering 2 days ago.

If its one thing I have learned about cloning, its leave them alone. They are not dead, so just let them ride for a bit while keeping the RW moist. THey will be fine

It looks like its been a little too moist in the box the last few days.

Rest of them still looks alive, no mold but no roots either.
Whats your thoughts?

Lazy, get the cover off of them or set it on there at an angle.
It is too moist in there, trim that stuff off of the bad ones or get
rid of them.

Thanks its done!! I took the cover off completely and i will put it on at
an angle later today.

Do you think the rest of them will be ok even tho
they dont have roots by now?

wow yea way too moist. You only really need the dome for the first day or two at the most. (unless its really really dry).

If you take the lid off and they don't all slump over after a few hours just leave it off.

thanks for the advice. Its my first time doing clones.
I used to plant in soil.

Seems like theres a way of doing it, for each person doing it.
Its a jungle out there.

I hope the rest of the clones will start picking up the pace and make some roots.

Well you're right, there are several ways to do it. I have personally had success with aero, soil, rockwool, coco, and plain water cloning. They all work. Just need to figure out which method is best for you in your grow and master doing it THAT way. :)

Ill try to learn how to master it THIS way then :p

A question:
The roots from the clones.... is it ok that they get light
while the rest of the clones picks up the pace?`
I heard that its not good for roots to get light?

They may get a little green from algae but it won't hurt them. The air will prune them, but that will just make them grow more shoots which is a good thing.
