Thank you for the 8 second forum search delay

Thanks for reducing the mandatory search delay from 15 seconds to 8 seconds. A minor thing, but I habitually flip from My Posts to New Posts when I first come to icmag.

Yeah, I finally noticed what a hassle it is myself!

As an admin I wasn't affected by the delay, so I had no idea how frustrating it was, even though it had been brought up before.

So 8 secs is good for you?

One of my biggest frustrations about this site. I have noticed I haven't been getting the you must wait x seconds message much anymore. Now I know why!

I do the same as Ledfoot, My posts, then right to new posts.

I'm semi-retired so yeah, I can afford to wait 8 seconds.

thats why this is the #1 site! once i get my finances in order i plan on being a icmag donor as this is one of my favorite websites i spend time on
