Placement of plants for reference.

yep looks like it curled up and dried out in between the veins with the other leaflet close in tow. Can't tell but it looks like 600w in an 6" cooltube or 1000 in an 8 in. Might need to dim the bulb if you just moved them in under a bigger light to let them adjust. I could be totally off if that is not in fact heat damage.

I have issues even under 600w if they aren't used to the bright light and can't put it that close at first.

looks like a full set up with dual air cons...even with a 1000 you should be safe...

more info would definitely help, but yes it does look like burn to me...were these plants vegged in the same space?

another consideration could also be RA...the leaf die off can look very similar

Cab is air conditioned @ ~85 Fahrenheit. Just flipped about a week ago. Using ~150ppm-200ppm soft tap. CO2. Floranova bloom was @ 1.1-1.2 EC. Bumped it up to lucas formula strength (~2.0 EC) recently (yesterday) in order to see if it was a deficiency.

That leaf was one of the original leaves from the clone taken if I am not mistaken. Don't know if that helps. If there is any info I am missing please ask.

Thanks for all your time.

So not closer to lights than others? Only that leaf?

Wasn't just that leaf. That leaf was on the cage and it just happened to be an old leaf (was just stating that for fyi). There are definitely more leaves looking like that though. Hard to get a good shot atm.
