hey everyone, just currious if anyone knows or have heard of people getting busted in victoria with under 9 plant what was there penalty was. Thanks for ya time, long time lurker but learnt a heap from here , i try to put in if i can

i don't know about vic but i have dropped my plant numbers down to 6 to avoid any sign of heavy penalty

I heard you guys have decrimed it on a tv show over 20 years ago.

It's decriminalised in S.A but you still get a fine. I really can't wait for things to change, although it's not going to slow us down either way.

For one plant...and if they can prove that was for sale it becomes criminal offense and a possible jail term

More than one carries a jail term..(under 5(prescribed amount=the amount considered a person can consume by them self) = up to 6 months jail) thou its a low possibility that penalty would/will be imposed

That's not really the case. I've known many people to get a written warning or caution. In Tasmania at least...

'100% criminal conviction' in Australia is not correct. I know several people who have been caught with several plants and all the received was a written caution. I know somebody caught with (20lb dry), all he received a suspended sentence (but yes, a conviction recorded in his case).
