My seedlings are exploding with new growth now that they are out of seedling stage and are now at the 5th node. This is where the topping begins...... 5th node.
Once those are topped and vegged for 2 more weeks in the Solo beer cups, the females will be t/p'ed into 1gln pots and topped multiple times, vegged for 4 more weeks under a 4bulb x 4foot long T-5 AND AN 8 bulb x 4foot long T-5., then flipped after taking 2 cuts off each plant for future clones to keep the best pheno from each strain for the next grow.

I take a cutting from the longest bottom branch that comes from the 3nd internode, and also take a cutting from the most vigorous branch from the 4th internode to ensure limited genetic drift and vigorous growth.

My 2 C+ mother plants that are 3 feet high and have like 60 tops on each plant, will be put outdoors to grow in the sunshine. I will keep 2 cuts for clones and genetic hoarding. LOL!
They are both in 5gln paint buckets and have seriously thick trunks on them. Very rigid strong plants. I will t/p them into 50gln camo grow bags and put them in a very sunny spot facing the woody edge line from east to west so they get sun all day long.
8 weeks flowering time. Should be harvestable around Mid September.

With these C+ moms being vegged off to the side of a 4-bulb 4 foot long T-5 for so long, they dont have any leaves for 2 feet up the trunk and thicker branches, so it looks like a good plant to hide real well from prying eyes. Should blend in well with the wild growth around here that looks just like it.
After 3 runs with her, and knowing how she yields, Im expecting a lb a plant with these two Critical+'s. If I put these 2 C+'s out next weekend, it should give me atleast 2 & 1/2 months of serious high intensity sunshine to get these plants huge before they flower. With 60+ tops on each plant I'de expect some serious yield. Skunk#1 x BigBud is no joke in the yield, potency, & smell department.
Im looking forward to see how the sun brings out the best in this strains terpine profile. Maybe even harden up the nuggets a bit so they dont powder-puff when its broken up to smoke. They are a bit light and fluffy for such big round buds.

Cheesedog UPDATE.....

Cheesedog UPDATE.....

The Cheesedog female that has been growing for 5 or 6 weeks that I was gonna use to breed the "Gas Hog"
has such a strong, dank smell to her in veg, that Im gonna take a clone and pollinate the clone with male "Fuel" pollin.
The mother that has been topped multiple times will be flowered out indoors with the rest of the new seedlings.
Ill just keep topping the Cheesedog until it has crazy amount of tops and will be a short, big bush packed with top colas.

Te cheesedog was a massiv yielder for me and was very hard to pick a keeper since they were all so great even the males for breeding were all nice and hard to choose from .. Use to have cheese dawg from big buddah which has some awsome cheese strains and are hard to beat when it comes to there cheese strains but man ccg cheesedog will blow ya away with a large to huge yield but there all good ones that you got going so shouldnt have any disappointments ... Keep it rockin man and them gas hogs will prob be some dank...I like stinky crosses and that's gonna be a stank cross in a good way

UPDATE....

UPDATE....

I bought my new 8-bulb T-5 and put my seedlings under it.
I have an oscilating fan strengthening the trunks and all seedlings have been topped at the 5th node. They will stay in these cups until they show sex, t/p'ed into 3 gln pots for 8 weeks of veg, then t/p'ed into 5gln pots to flower.
The females will be topped a bunch of times and vegged until they are ready to flip. However long that takes to get 40 tops on each.

The seedlings are starting to show sex now so Ill be culling all the males except 1 Cheesedog and 1 Fuel.

The Cheesedogs, whether male or female, really stink in veg. The stinkiest plants in the bunch.

Dude...you couldnt of said it any better. I think the Cheesedogs are my favorite so far. They grow like champions. They stink like crazy in veg. They just have an amazing short, thick, structure that I know will hold huge flowers.
Im extremely impressed with this strain as a seedling so far.
Its out performing all others... in all departments.
Like you said...they are all good, and the males stink as much as the girls do.
I CANNOT WAIT until these girls have 40 tops and are ready to flower. Like 8 more weeks until the flip.
The first Cheesedog female that has like 30 tops is doing awesome sitting next to that Fuel male. What a structure on him too! But no smell at all really.

I found a nice Fuel male in this batch that stinks nicely. It doesnt have the structure that the first male has. Or the vigor. I think the Cheesedog has enough smell for both of em' so Ill probably keep the big Fuel male that has PERFECT vigor and structure to breed with. Ill post a pic of them together tomorrow.
Two, extremely branchy, super vigorous, loves to be topped as many times as you can top it, champions!
(Exodus Cheese x Chem D) X (Day Wrecker Diesel x Chem D bx2) = "Gas Hog"
2 Connoissuer Genetics Champions combined for pure stench and rotten skunky flavors that will destroy a room with the smell from an open nug jar with big yields. This is my goal.

UPDATE....

The seedlings got topped again yesterday so thay have 4 tops at this time. Ive culled 7 males out of the group so far. I need to t/p the females Ive found so far and the feminized strains into 1gln pots this weekend. I also have to put my 2 old, huge moms of C+ outdoors. This way I can add my 4-bulb T5 to the 8-bulb T5 for my vegging needs.
Once they get topped alot and t/p'ed into the 5gln pots, Ill add a 600w HPS lamp for a mixed spectrum until they are ready to be flipped. Probably when they look like the Cheesedog and Fuel look now.

UPDATE....

UPDATE....

I t/p'ed 3/4's of my females into 1gln pots.
I have around 8 more to look at closer to see if they are females. Im most certain Ill end up with 23-24 females.
12 plants under each light as I planned.
I had mostly all males in the Fuels. Ended up with maybe 1 female out of like 12 beans. Rest are males. Bad luck of the draw huh? The female I think I have looks pretty good, so if it is a female, Ill take some cuts for a mom.
Had alot of female Strawberry Dogshit and Cheesedogs though. Wonder if thats a sign that these are the 2 keeper strains for me?

UPDATE....

UPDATE....

The plants have 10 tops apiece now and are growing fast.
Pics to come tomorrow morning....
They will get T/P'ed into either 3gln or 5gln pots next week, vegged for 2 more weeks, then flipped after I take a cut or 2 from each plant to root in the EZ-Cloner.
Ill take the pollin from the Fuel male (for making Gas Hog) and put the pollin in a plastic baggie and wrap it tightly around a few bottom branches of the Cheesedog momma plant for 24 hours.
I'll then take the plant out of the flower room, undo the plastic pollin baggie, and spray down the plant with a water bottle to nuetralize any stray pollin before placing it back into the room.

My next grow will be 2 of my top favorites from this grow and Gas Hog testers.
