Well I tried ordering directly from the factory and tried saving money.. Well ive ordered 3 things from over seas and well they have either been fakes, or now in this case the lights are JUNK.. I ordered 2x 140w UFO 460 shipped to me a good deal 1 sells for 500+ on ebay. Well I ordered on Monday received on Friday awesome.. Until I opened the box to see half the clusters where very loose and they at the factory just put tape on them and still sent it.. Then they are suppose to have daisy chains well I have 2 of these and neither 1 works.. So basically they told me to go screw myself because I didn't take a picture for them to see.. Well im very private and never take pictures don't even have a way to do it.. Told them this and they just said do what u want we tried to help you but I wouldn't cooperate... I wrote them everyday knowing I had till 5pm yesterday and I only got 2 responses in 4 days both saying they need a picture.. WTF would a picture do?? NOTHING.. Well im hoping that I can save someone else from this.. now im stuck with these because they wont even warranty them now..

sorry to hear that you got sub-standard goods but with the greatest respect if "you pay peanuts then you get monkeys" [old brit saying],,china just copies other peoples hard graft imho..good luck regards s2

Hey, that's not true boss everyone buys there LED's from in CHINA maybe some put there lights together in the USA or UK but still parts are from CHINA.. The company you spent 1000+ at for a 300watt LED they bought them for 200 from CHINA and rebranded them..

Also - it's pretty standard to ask for photos of damaged items. It's possible to take a photo without revealing anything personal (one would hope).

Same thing has happened to me few different times with various company's
And yes pix or it didnt happen.. It's saves return shipping and resending
The product again.. So yeha u gotta send a pic like above said eat the loss...
Sucks to hear u got it so fast but busted..

Shipping back to China would probably cost more than it's worth. Pics or video to aid in refunds makes sense.
