Are cannabis seeds legal in Finland, I mean can i order the seeds there without worrying about the customs and police?

They are semi legal, but if the cops find em they will confiscate them and sample for THC residue. If found positive for THC you must let go of em, if not they will return em on your request (someone told me they'll use some kinda spray to figure this out)

Seed mail orders from abroad often times become confiscated.
Mostly plain thrown out, sometimes they start an investigation.
Also local shipments sometimes become intercepted.

Fiber hemp seeds are legal to poses and distribute, but if they are are in no mood to test em for THC residue they anyways throw em out at the mail.

It's a "good oll boys" thingy in this country.
They pretty much do as they please in accordence to what they think of as "good customs"

If however you disguise the seeds cleverly (not going to give tips, ehehe everyone on his own ^^) The chance of arrivel increases significantly.

True legal status of any kind of cannabis seed however is: Completely legal!

And why would they start an investigation if there is no reason to convict. because the seeds are legal.
But if the seeds are confiscated, will it be followed by a letter from the police?
But when ordered seeds from some well-known seed bank and choose discreet shipping then they should arrive without any problems?

And why would they start an investigation if there is no reason to convict. because the seeds are legal. They just want to discourage it as much as possible and if they have a chance to collect intellingence on you they sometimes will.
In my case it was done preemptively in what later turned out a rather big case with several ppl involved.
They said they already had an eye on me for longer then I expected but without beeing officially under surveillence.
Could have only been my seed order ... ^^
From someone else I know they busted his door just to check him out what he was up to after he got a delivery from the UK.
Guy was not into commerce or even had a record. > They just went in on a good guess.
Cops just do what they feel is appropriete and don't care too much about the exact letter of the law ime.
Ordering seeds aparently gives them enough probable cause to try and figure out what you are up to.
Ime It doesn't take much in this country for them having enough probable cause to come checking you out.

No, they either come or they don't, or they will store the information and keep an eye on you.

Best is to sent it to a friends adress of wich you know he's in no way engaged with MJ whatsoever.
Even better would be if that friend is not in much cell phone contact with you.
I once had a (non-MJ) friend beeing raided only cuzz I 'd use to call first before visting him.^^
During that time I was under surveillence however.

You should maybe read our Finnish constitution/bill of rights. It's a total joke where ppl are first granted rights that then all of a sudden are beeing removed by some act that was prolly written by the cops themselves, lol

Wrong information IMHO. No disrespect offthehook - but all cannabis seeds are 100% legal in Finland. The only thing that makes them illegal is "a suspicion that they're ment for an intent to commit a drug related crime" (= they find some gear for growing). It is true that sometimes packages containing seeds just disappear but ~99% make it without any suspiction.

Sometimes they've been opened by the customs and if so you should expect a visit from a local police within months specially if you have a record (which means that the local beloved law enforcement can walk through your door anytime they want anyway). Use always a safe address. No harm will come to the person who helps you if he/she isn't breaking the law in any way.

Still you have to remember that cops are trained to make people turn on you and start snitching even if they're not facing any criminal charges so be aware. They use basic common psychology. You have to make a person believe that he/she is breaking a law, start talking about the consequences and they'll be snitching in no time even though they've committed no crime.

You all have to remember this: In Finland you cannot get a lesser conviction by snitching - yet - and still there are a lot of snitches. Snitching helps you only if you've got something major and it is possible for the police to somehow bury your mistakes and avoid charges. As i've understood HKI PD is known for that kind of sh*t and not only by the locals. Luckily i live elsewhere and have no reason to get involved with any of that. No more growing for me. Luckily i've got friends.

Trust only the trustworthy and play it safe.

No offence token. Just sharing first hand experience while hoping to be of use to the OP by taking off the pink glasses.
In the end we are pretty much saying the same thing btw.

You prolly also know just as well as I do, that cops in this country are in the habbit of 'doing as they please'. And that's why I called it at first 'semi legal'.
Yes they are legal, but they confiscate em anyways if they see fit.

During a raid, they would confiscate my drug seed but return my hemp seed after inspecton.
That's just a fact straight out of life so > so much for 'all cannabis seeds are completely legal'. ^^

And that's in complete disregard of having growing gear around or not btw ^^

The number '99%' of seeds making it through without a stealthy disguise I can't agree upon.

Over the years, I've lost way more then just 1% of the seeds I 've sent 'or was supposed to receive, and only stealth packaging seemed helping us a lot.
