Please help! first time growing.

First of all day Im growing in a 5x5x7 mylar tent, doing 24/0 lights with a 1k watt hortilux hps in a raptor 8inch cooled hood using Heavy 16 Veg a + b and the entire aptus line(only currently using fasilitor, start boost and ecozen(once a week at 2ml/gallon)). I got a oscillating fan running on low 24/7 and my tent is using passive intake from the pre built in screen on both sides of the tent. The strain is ak48 from nirvana. I been feeding since they sprouted from the soil in a red solo cup following heavy 16 and aptus feed schedule for 420ppm in week 1 and now 500 in week 2 with a 4 week veg plan(will prolly end up going longer as I plan to supercrop/fim) all pics besides the red solo cup pic are from today which would be Day 12 of growth from seedling. On day 8 I transplanted to these air pots 20liters and made sure to be extra careful when transplanting as to not damage roots(there was tons of root groth and infact were growning out of the holes I made in the red solo cups. I also had run off that I thought I got rid of that the roots were sitting in(which prompted me to transplant to my air pots)) On day 9 I was worried i might of had a cal/mag deficiency so I made a foiler spray with massboost and sprayed the plants. This did not change anything in reguards to what these pics show. the light I have sitting at 23 inches from plant, and do not feel warmth even closer than that but im staying safe for now.

Can someone please give me some advice as im not exactly sure what the problem is if there is one or if im perfectly fine. Plant number 3 looks like it could be getting nute burn I suppose but there is no brown tips, and plant number one has like this sideways twist going on with the 2 bigger leafs but not the shorter ones. I also noticed on the leaf tip curl plant there is little brown specs on the stem leading up to the leaf but barely noticeable.

I should also add that i'm growing in 100% House and Garden Coco. Which I also flushed with ph 5.8 water. I also make sure to feed with 5.8 ph.

Your pH is really low. I don't know what your medium is, but one thing I do know is that 5.8 is just too damn low of a pH for young seedlings in a soil or soilless mix. Check this handy dandy chart out:

At a pH of 5.8 in soil, you are locking out all your macros, and all your secondaries. Yes, some micros are still available... but what good are they to your plants at this point? ;)

Also you said:

run off comes out as expected ph 5.8 and exactly the ppm I put in

Well, that just proves that your plants aren't eating, doesn't it? There should certainly be less ppm on your runoff than what you are mixing into the solution.

^ LOL, someone gave me negative rep for that post? lmao

Edit: Oh how about that, this one too. lol

Wish I could edit my post. Anyways

Start PH and PPM - 5.8ph and 500ppm
Runoff - 6.3ph and 400ppm.

thats for plant 1 and 3.. now plant 2 on the other hand is acting weird
Same start but ppms came out at 540... but ph was dead on 6.3.

Anyone?

What are your temps and rh%?
I dont like using the screen on my tent as my intake. It seems to restrict airflow too much.
Use the bottom ducts with filters for better cooling
Your plants dont look too bad.
You could probably increase ppm if you cut the additives
Be careful not to water too often in those big pots

Temp is 70-76f and humidity goes from 40-70% (currently sitting at 76f and 66% humidity)
Yeah i skipped watering yesterday and instead used 2 gallons to 20% run off today. I think ill skip watering one day a week.

Are you flushing them out once a week? They recommend feeding with just water one day a week to avoid the buildup of nutrient salts, if your ph is jumping .5 from watering maybe thats your issue. And your plants don't look to bad man I'm sure they'll be back in fighting shape in no time

Hehe I hope so. This is my first grow. I just moved my light down to 18 inches from 23.

I havent flushed but I did not water for a day on purpose just to see the results. before i skipped a day my ph ran true 5.8 on run off.. now after setting on a watering it was 6.3

I think what im seeing is most def heat stress at this point, lowered the light down from 23 inches to 18 and all tips are curling. Guess ill have to go back up, ill try 22.

Well some more problems are for sure popping up now. Plant 1 has yellow scattered spots and like a brown spec on new growth.

Im guessing Calcium Deficiency or manganese but im not sure??

Been feeding at 5.8, using house and garden coco, heavy 16 veg a + b and aptus. Not sure if I should increase nutes or do a foilar spray of aptus massboost?

I did a Half gallon feed to all three plants to keep coco moist at 2 today. Will feed them the other half when I get home, doing this to see how they react and to see if i need to up nutes or just increase watering, though im not sure im taking the correct course of action. Fed them with heavy16/aptus feed schdule with week 2 500ppm.

I should also mention i raised the light back up last night to 23inches and there was no signs of spotting last night, these are new symptoms that just showed today when i went to check my babies.

someone please? Opionion and help is very much appreciated.

Here are some more pics to go with my last post

Plant 1 Yellow spots/curl

Plant 3 tip curl and brown spec

And plant 2 with what looks like healthy roots, a nice white color(all plants show nice white roots)

The specs and spots look like water burns to me. If your spraying your plants and put them back under the lights while they are still wet, the water magnifies the light and can burn the leaves.
