Save my Old Time Moonshine from mold

I have a lovely and potent Old Time Moonshine I got as a freebie from the bou. It's my last clone and it has survived whiteflies that are now gone, but then it got a bad case of mold due to heavy rains and high humidity. I have it outdoor on a balcony to recoup. Besides TLC and possibly some molasses is there anything I can do to save the plant? I can't keep it with my current flowering crop due to the mold. It's stuck to partial sun on a balcony till it recoups or dies. I'm hoping for clones.

Is it Bud Rot or Powdery Mildew?
With PM you can give the buds a dunk in a bucket with 2tbl hydrogen peroxide per 5 glns of water after they are harvested.
