P.D. In my country (Spain) only can buy these panels, or online but made in Europe (I don't know any), because send Leds from USA to my country is very expensive or simply they don't send.

Greetings :thank you:

I've seen nice grows with these; multiple small fixtures (that or a light mover with a big panel) is the way to go with LED to get coverage (LED only grows what is underneath and 2 - 6 inches to the side). This guy seems to be reasonably honest and forthcoming about his lights and what they can do...unlike most manufacturers....

It looks nice but...

Very silent, only -45 dB at 60 cm, 24"

From what I know, this isn't silence :s

I have to check some reviews and see if it really is as noisy or if the fan can be changed or something.

Also the problem is 60x40cm coverage.

To cover 1,20m. x 1,20m. I need 6 lol.

^ contact them directly

might want to ask oneshot, or I believe medmaker.. I think they have the apollo series LED panels.. not sure if it differs as groblu looks the exact same as cidly, but sometimes components are different if groblu buys from elsewhere...

Hans is one of the few guys who posts pretty accurate info. Most of them just plain flat LIE. No matter what any of them say, they will grow well what is under the fixture and a few inches (2 - 6 ) to each side....and that is it. You can leverage one big panel by adding a light mover.

If you can't afford 6, then buy what you can and use another light source - HID, fluorescent, etc to fill in. LED is all up front cost and you get it back in the long run.

Good luck and don't get sucked in by the liars because they are EVERYWHERE.

"they will grow well what is under the fixture and a few inches (2 - 6 ) to each side."

I don't find this statement fully accurate, as it depends on lens angle, and height of the panel.. obviously raising the panel is not good, but alot of people have to being they bought a high watt panel that is small..

want to see something incredibly ridiculous. 420 watts in that small space with one fan!

but yes, you called it, the let down of LED, is many and spread out.. I wonder if the angle of LED ( not the lens ) would help us with this problem?

Yeah, there are variations as you say but I haven't SEEN a metered light that would flower well more than 6 inches off to the side. Now I'm not talking larf as that will grow with little light but solid buds...no.....and I haven't put my eyes on anywhere near every LED...but for most fixtures that I've seen the 6 inches to each side is fairly generous....and the two companies (area 51 and Hans) that most people respect as far as being fairly honest, claim coverage of no more than about 12 inches bigger than each dimension of the fixture. They go to the generous side but at least it's real. I hate to see the liars and cheats get business ahead of the honest companies BECAUSE of their honesty.

these look really nice, I like the design and that the power supply is external and hence their heat is not radiating directly into the leds. plus since it is external, it'll be easier to cool or simply it put it outside the grow environment.

it uses quality led diodes brand, cree.

about 33 diodes of 3W eating about 60W, driven at around 66% more or less...

a bit expensive though. a 200w diamond series goes for about 600 usd, to get about 200w from these, you need four panels, costing about 1000usd...

peace
